Well, this week I managed 3 x weight-training sessions and 3 x cardio sessions. That's pretty darned good. And, I am working on limiting night-time snacking - so I have eaten NOTHING for the last two nights in a row....will try and keep extending that "streak". BOOM!2

Today's workout.
Warmup.
Back squats. 3x5x145. Squat stretches in between to work on getting parallel to the floor. The trainer said I hit it on all 5 on the last set.
Prowler push. 90 lbs. on the sled. 20 yards on the turf. EMOM. 12 rounds.
Assisted chinups and dips - 3x10 each.
That was all the fun I could take for one morning. HAHA!2 -

I ran yesterday! 30 minutes on the treadmill at 11 min mile, followed by 30 burpees with 10lb weights. Time to up the weights!2

Burpees continue. Sometime I am doing them at 11p.m. but I am getting them in! Too much unhealthy eating though, and my body is feeling it. I am tired, sluggish and starting to get a cold. I am planning healthy dishes for my two upcoming potlucks.0 -

Hi, I'd like to join too!
I'm almost 43, with a 2 year old boy giving me the runaround. Still trying to shift the baby weight and seem to be doing much better since coming back on mfp a month ago. My scales need new batteries so not sure about my current weight but people have started noticing and my clothes are fitting better so happy days Never really joined in the community side before but would love some accountability buddies to help motivate and inspire!3 -
