Don’t do anything to lose the weight that you won’t want to continue doing after you lose it! BALANCE IS 🔑 👌🏼

Definitely not a before and after, but here is my before and during. I was down about 60lbs in the second picture, and now I’m down a total of 68. Who knew that watching what you eat and being active ACTUALLY WORKS?! 😂

When I first started coming here, this was my first photo
I lost 133lbs just by using this app.
I've gained about 35 back. SO here I am back, here is me from Friday Just a face shot
Here we are again more of a body shot, I haven't taken many body shots since I've put on some weight but I am here and I'll get it back off. No makeup on lol.

I lost over 100 lbs from January 11, 2017 to September 15, 2017... 8 months and 4 days. I started moving more, eating healthy & correct portions. I have maintained since with taking my weekends off (eating more freely without weighing and logging my food) and back to healthier choices first thing every Monday. Currently I weigh 161.8 lbs
Since I reached my 100 lb loss last year, I thought I'd also share a current photo. This was just taken June 12, 2018 on my 25th Wedding Anniversary.
Wow really just wow! Your transformation is incredible u look amazing!6 -

I needed to see these! You all look amazing!
New Year’s Eve was my turning point after a bit of an emotional year last year - I’d convinced myself the washing machine was broken and shrinking everything, and my boobs were looking so full! Anyway, got on scales and had put in 8kg! I hate shopping so not about to buy new clothes... so time to learn about kJ s - I eat healthy, I just eat too much!!!
I was going really well for a couple of weeks but just before I gey períod I want to eat everything in the house!!!! (My last few days!) New day today, fingers crossed I beat this little miss monthly today!8
