    Cardio day. 20 min arc trainer, 20 min ab circuit, 20 min old school stair master (forgot how tough those can be!), 20 ‘min elliptical.

    Went out to celebrate with family. I ended up around a thousand calories over my daily goal. Figured I’d burn a chunk of them off on the bike.

    Hike in the national park, beautiful day but was sad not seeing the park rangers I'm accustomed to seeing.

    I busied about for a couple of hours, farmer walked the groceries into the house, and then did an hour of cardio.

    Ended up getting back on the bike after stretching. I didn’t like being over my calories for the day.

    34.9 miles / 1:50:23 / 1100 calories total

    That’s enough for one night.

    I ran 5 miles at 7 mph pace. Y'all make look like a bum😐 but it's cool to see all the workouts.

    Core 12 minutes/HIIT 18 minutes

    Core work
    each exercise for 1 min x2 with 30 sec. rest periods.

    *Planks

    *6" leg lifts with upper body at 45* while holding 10 lb med ball straight out from chest.

    *V-Ups with 10 lb med ball stopping at 6" from ground without touching floor and touching feet to med ball at 90*

    *Hanging knee raises alternating left and right angles for obliques.

    HIIT

    *Treadmill sprint intervals. 2 minute warm-up at 4.0 mph. Then 30 sec. sprints at 11.0, followed by 60 sec. walk at 4.0 (10 times). 2 minute cool down at 4.0.
