Mustb60 here! I am 5'4", weight 169 lbs today 22nd Dec 2018. I have been bouncing in 160 zone whole year in 2018, now time to bring down this obstacle. I am going to reach normal BMI zone in 2019 and this challenge is perfect for my long term goal! Thanks for posting this!

I am 5’6” and weigh 144.7, my goal is 130. Please feel free to add me for all of us to support one another. A big downfall for my diet is wine. I eat healthy; however, my wine calories have caught up to my waistline. Beginning of January cutting back on alcohol. Time to achieve my goals!
