    I’m also trying to not gain over Christmas/ out of town/vacation. Also my goal is to increase my exercise to 5 times a week for at least 20 minutes per session.

    running/jogging for 1 mile straight...i am at a little over 1/2 a mile at a time with walking in between right now.
