I'd like to join this one. I've just returned to MyFitnessPal after being away for awhile. I've gained a lot of weight and now NEED to lose it because my a1c is almost to the diabetes level according to my doctor. I've browsed the challenges and I like this 10-day one because 10 days seems so doable. Get through 10 days, then get through the next 10 days, etc.
So all I do is come and update my post every day? I've already forgotten what the first post said about reporting goals, lol.. I'll go back and read it once I post this.
Starting weight on Jan. 1 is 228 lbs.

Hi. Iβm recently back to MFP after having my second child (although heβs now 19 months, so I canβt use that as much of an excuse). I hope I am doing this right. My goals for the next 10 days are to work out or walk everyday. To be mindful of everything I eat. To drink more water. I donβt have a specific goal weight for this round.

Okay, can someone PLEASE tell me how to find this thread easily? And how to find my post within it? I see back at the beginning of the thread it said to use the search feature...but when I put my name into that nothing shows up, at least nothing that's very helpful... it's basically a list of everything I've posted or people replying to me by name. 01/01 - 145.1 ~ (Steps 19,253) ~ I decided to reset my ticker, Iβm 3.3 pounds heavier the last New Years but I call that a win. Plus I realize that Round 63 is still going but I need to start focusing on the New Year now. Today I went to a Boot Camp class at the gym, love it....
01/02 143.5 ~ (Steps 12,635) ~ We do anything special yesterday, my husband watched football so I got a couple sessions at the gym. My son was supposed to stop but didnβt, on the bright side on News Years Eve he announced his engagement. My baby is getting married, okay heβll turn 31 but heβll always be my baby, My future DIL is adorable such an adorable couple.

This is my second round. Trying to shed that stubborn last 10 pounds! Highest weight was 190 lbs. Lowest weight was 145 lbs. Current weight 165 lbs. Goal weight 155 lb. Have been exploring Keto the last 6 months. Now will aim to stay Keto for the next 5ish weeks and plan a 48 hour fast next week to see what autophagy looks like for me.

Iβm 42 and currently ~225. Iβd like to lose 75lbs, maybe more. I tend to get overwhelmed when I think about how much I need to lose and then I give up as soon as the going gets tough. I struggle with consistency.
