Hello everyone, my goal is to lose 20 pounds over the next 4 months. I have a goal in 2019 of completing an endurance ride in the late spring, and to do so well I really need to trim down. This challenge is perfect timing for me! I've been at this a while and it's been a little bit of a roller coaster- I had lost 15 pounds last spring but packed on 10 of those pounds again. I plan to lose 5 lbs/month to reach my goal.
