Looking for a good starting weight this round and then one day at a time12 -
I'm new to this challenge and really like the idea of it - 10 days seems an achievable aim!
I put on 1.6kg over Christmas so would like to shift as much of that as possible over the next 10 days.
Starting weight: 65.6kg
Goal for this round: 64.2kg
03.01 65.6kg11 -
My goal for 2019 is to get into ONEderland. Changing my life.
SW: 245 (R63 starting 12/30/2018)
End R63: 245 (0 loss; lowest 244.4 & avg 244.7 over the 4 days)
Round 64 FIRST full 10 day round!
R64 my focus will be to not break my tracking streak since 12/28 and being active every day in some way shape or form! Get up out of the chair from work, reading or tv and MOVE! Goal is to reach 240-243 and make it stick.
01/03 - 244 I guess yesterday’s bounce up was the fluke as I’m starting today’s round lower! Today’s activity will be indoor bike due to the rain

01/03 - 148 - I know I've done some damage this past week, but I also drank about 16 oz. of water before I hopped on the scale this morning because of a coughing fit. I can't wait until this illness is over.

03/01 Yesterday I did my December and 2018 review, I gained 4lbs over the whole year, so I'll put that down to a success for a year of unintentional maintainance , I've outlined my 2019 goals in my blog today (www.exercisenotextrafries.com if anyone want to take a peek - not selling anything)both for my fitness and nutrition and also my life in general, which includes shifting 30lbs of weight by Mid-October. I overate a little yesterday but hope to curb it today, usual story of trying to get back into a routine after being overly indulgent over the holidays. Today's goals are to get a lower body workout done at lunchtime, get my steps in and do a good food shop this evening. I need to be more strict with myself, I know I can do it, I've done it before so on with it I get!11 -

It’s a new year and I have been in maintenance for about two months now. I am ready to step it up and lose some more weight. I want to be serious about logging everything every single day and I want to get back to working out, because I really have not been through the holidays.

This is my first round. I’ve been on MFP forever (2011) and this is the first time I’ve participated in a community. Im so happy I wandered over here because it’s already been helpful to see others’ goals/progress/success.
My goal for this challenge is to log my food daily (all of it) and to exercise (M/T/W/Th/S)

We can only edit our posts for an hour after posting on MFP.
I just copy & paste my original post in to the comment box and edit my stats from there. Others save their posts in a document and edit that way.5 -
Monklady123 wrote: »Okay, can someone PLEASE tell me how to find this thread easily? And how to find my post within it? I see back at the beginning of the thread it said to use the search feature...but when I put my name into that nothing shows up, at least nothing that's very helpful... it's basically a list of everything I've posted or people replying to me by name. I need some way to find THIS thread again. I clicked the star on the right for "bookmark" but then how do I find those again?
Go to challenges.
Find the discussion, see the star next to it? Click it. Should turn yellow.
Top right of the same screen has a notification bell, a star and a settings.
Click THAT star to find the groups you made a yellow star next to.
Hope it helps and hope I was actually answering the question you were asking lol

Hi. With any post you do you have one hour to edit it. If you hover around the top right corner of your post a gear will come into view. Click on that and it will say then underneath how long you have to edit. Click on that and then edit your post. After that click "save post" (I believe it says it that way) at the bottom and that is it.
If you want to save what you posted before, copy it to your own word pad or the like and pull it up, edit it, then paste it as a new post. I prefer to have the old Windows 7 and that is what I do.3
