January 3rd - 156.3 ( up 5.1 pounds) My New Years day has caught up with me. Plus we had a freak blizzard where we live and go trapped in the house for 2 days. I didn't do to bad, but ate way more carbs than usual and it shows. It will be gone within a day or 2, but annoying still. This month I am hitting at least 146 at least!

Hi. This is my first time doing any challenge on MFP, but not isolating myself so much us also one of my 2019 goals..so..here I am.
I have PCOS with Insulin Resistance, and losing weight has truly felt impossible, no matter how carefully I eat. At this point I physically hurt all the time, limiting (a lot of things) my ability to exercise.
BUT last fall I lost 20lbs doing keto. I fell off over Nov/Dec and gained 12 back, so I'm restarting now. Hopefully it helps.

Am not surprised by no weight loss. I’ve been slowly getting back into the groove… weighing & measuring food, recording everything I eat and closing out the day, daily walking AND … drum roll… made it to a Pilates reformer class this morning!! So even though the scale doesn’t show it, I’m making progress, feel strong and focused.
