What’s on the menu this week? How many days/meals do you prep? Do you prep for the whole week, partial?

I usually cook for 2-3 days, depending. So far I'm thinking of
tonight: baked cauliflour and onion parts with chicken, pearl couscous or small ellbow pasta, cherry tomatoes, spices, maybe feta
Later this week probably a pasta with tomato base and tuna or sardine.
Depending on the calories of the first I'm sorted for 4-5 days. I also still have one portion of a stew leftover in the freezer4 -
I only prep my lunches for the week, this week is sausage and lentil casserole with carrots, celery and sweet potato, nice and easy to microwave at uni!7

I lunch prep every week. This week, my boyfriend and I are ganging up and making 10 lunches of the same recipe: honey sriracha meatballs! We’re also making Asian stir fried veggies to go alongside.12

Ugh, I need to get a plan set for this week. We are trying to only eat out once a week, so it’s a lot to prep. I’ll have to commit to that tomorrow afternoon; I’ll try to remember to come back and post it afterwards!
This past week we did: Mexican mixed-bean skillet, ham and bean soup, spaghetti squash with sweet potato cream sauce, garlic-mushroom quinoa, parmesan chicken meatball pitas, and butternut squash wild rice pilaf.6 -
this week (all crock pot) - chicken thighs and sausage, herbed chicken, swiss steak, country pork loin.
all shopped for (only needed the meats) and prepped and frozen this morning.
also mashed potatoes are going in the crock pot and will portion them out into 2 or 3 servings (family size) to go with dinner this week....
never mind the fact I probably have 2 weeks of prepped dinners in the freezer. My husband says I act very 'food insecure'. LOL10 -
First thing I finished today are these banana chocolate chip oatmeal muffins i'm trying for the first time. They smell awesome. Can't wait to try them!!

My meal prep is basically just leftovers from the night before for lunch. I make dinner fresh nightly.11

Pork chops - 2 cooked ones each with rice and veggies.
Diced pork stir fry.
Diced steak for fried rice.
Steak with mashed potatoes I made yesterday.
Everything made, portioned, and frozen for easy meals.4 -
I tend to prep breakfast muffins and then some batches of stuff for lunches. Today was Bolognese.6

I work away from home 10 days at work 4 days at home. I also eat the same thing all the time so it is pretty simple. Most would say boring and not eat the same but I like it and it works for me.
On the Sunday start of my work shift I cook 16+ lbs of ground turkey and 12 cups (uncooked) quinoa. This is current as I am slow cutting/maintaining. When Bulking its 16+lbs of eye of round steaks and yams or potatoes. Easy as pie cook once every 10 days. At home I eat the same foods for all except dinner where I will cook everyday for the wife and I4 -
I only cook for myself so I make 3 4-serving recipes a week for lunch and dinner and eat them all week, leaving two lunch/dinners for restaurant meals. Breakfasts are just whatever I thought to buy. This week I'm making red lentil soup, cheddar corn chowder with bacon, and black bean taquitos with cilantro lime rice.8

Combo of lunches and dinners.... Grilled pork chops, white bean chicken chili, broccoli, green beans, brown rice, apple slices, plain Greek yogurt with blueberries, almond packs.5

I'm all about meal planning.
Sunday - (just got done) Coconut Curry Chicken Thighs, Brown Rice, Creamed Spinach and Peas and Carrots.
Monday - Leftovers from Sunday
Tuesday - Mexican Quinoa Burrito Bowl with Avocado (Vegan)
Wednesday - Out to Thai (I usually go Vegan again)
Thursday - Trying a new recipe with a Brussel Sprout Salad and Maple/Honey Salmon
Friday - Pasta (gluten free) Alfredo with fresh Broccoli and Mushrooms
Saturday - Date night3 -
I'll prep Tuesday for my work week (W/Th/F this particular week, 12 hr shifts).
9 hard boiled eggs, 3 string cheese, deli meat (chicken probably) and the I need to come up with my main meal for those days. I am thinking chicken taco salad.4 -
Hardboiled eggs, homemade turkey sausage patties, egg cups with prosciutto. Whole wheat banana muffins with pecans and dark chocolate Ham and corn for white bean and ham soup
Ground beef browned for chili
Onions diced for various things

I loved all these ideas! I usually cook a few days in advance and then freeze anything past that.
Mon-Wed: Mozzarella/Ham rollups, mashed cauliflower, and parmesan stuffed chicken
Thurs & Fri: we’ll see ;-)2 -
I always prep my work lunches for the week. Tend to keep a bank of various potioned soups in the freezer for this time of year. Made 5 portions of spicy sweet potato and black bean soup today. My lunch is a surprise every day as they are all in the same containers.8

I've made cottage pie, beef burgers, and sausage casserole this weekend. This doesn't mean I'm eating those this week though. I prep by making and portioning (and accurately logging) then freezing. Basically making my own ready meals for during the busy work week. I have stuff in there already I'll use this week.5

I cook enough for 4 days for my husband, our 2 year old and me.
Bfast- seasoned ground turkey, scrambled egg whites and hash browns. Topped with cheese and salsa after microwave.
Lunch- deconstructed cheese burger bowls 🙌🏻
Snacks- Dijon salmon w/ Parmesan asparagus or honey crisp apples with cheddar blocks
Dinner- Mediterranean style chicken w/ turmeric rice
I’m a snacker so I have fruit, cottage cheese and skinny pop popcorn on hand when I need to munch something

I only prep lunch. It's usually chicken on the smoker. Today my chicken is paired with a baked potato. Tomorrow it's frozen veggies. Then maybe a wrap or salad, haven't decided.2

I prep breakfast (a tray of zucchini chia chocolate muffins), and lunch- this week tikka masala for 2 lunches, and my mother made a huge pot of split pea soup so I've got that portioned out for three lunches to be accompanies by ham sandwiches.
I also boiled eggs, and have chow chow in single servings ready to go, then an apple, and orange and I'm good to go.
Dinner I don't prep- I tend to have soup or something easy.2 -
I plan my meals and ingredient prep, so I'll have onions chopped and cauliflower riced if I'm using those. This week I also have some kale and cabbage I'm going to chop and get ready, maybe a little tuna salad. I have yoghurt ready, berries. My plan is:
Monday: yoghurt, berries and cereal / ground beef and cabbage soup / tuna salad pita and soup to go, eating dinner while commuting to a thing
Tuesday: mini bagel and egg whites, berries / cauliflower rice and rice Quorn beef taco bowl / warm kale salad with sausage and an egg
Wednesday: yoghurt, berries and cereal / buffalo Quorn chicken zucchini boats (or just chopped, whatev) / cucumber and tomato salad with feta and probably some olives and stuff and a pita with eggplant hummus.
I snack on apples and have a bowl of cuties right now, and after dinner if I have calories make a little bowl with some cheese, crackers, walnuts and apple.5 -

I typically make some kind of egg bake every week: whole eggs, plus egg whites, spinach, peppers, turkey or chicken sausage with a little cheese on top. If it is a workout day, I will add a piece of avocado toast with trader joe's everything bagel seasoning.
This week I made up a couple of low carb/whole wheat tortillas with turkey breast, lettuce, avocado and a little basil aoili. I also plan to make up a couple of greek salads with chicken, peppers, cucumbers, a little feta cheese, kalamata olives with a balsamic dressing.4 -

Not sure it would be meal prep necessarily but I batch cook dinners - this week it's:
- Chicken with veggies (Carrots, green beans and brussel sprouts)
- Not Lasagna - this is basically zoodles, spaghetti squash, roasted eggplant, onion sauteed with ground turkey with a jar of low calorie pasta sauce on top and sprinkled with parmesan
- Chicken cauliflower fried rice

Usually on Sunday I make a pot full of soup. In my freezer right now I have portions of mushroom chicken soup, borsht, carrot orange ginger, and tomato. My lunches for the week.
Breakfasts are usually the same: plain yoghurt and a cup of some type of berry, or a slice of protein cheesecake, with berries.
I had a craving on the weekend for homemade mac and cheese because I had all these bits of cheese left over from Christmas. I made a big dish of that yesterday using cream cheese, smoked cheddar, and gouda. Amazing!! I'll eat the leftovers during the week.3 -
The goal is to prep what I can on Sundays for the week so we don't eat out a lot (if at all). This week we are having spaghetti (I am doing zoodles instead of noodles), honey mustard chicken sheet pan dish, sweet thai chili chicken stir fry, eggroll in a bowl (with ground lamb), and fish and veg. My stepson is with us Sunday through Wednesday (and every other Saturday) so I tend to do the kid friendly chicken meals those nights.
I also like to make a big pot of something for my lunches and use my personal crockpot food warmer to have a good hearty meal. This week I am doing a lower carb veggie chili with Morningstar Farms veggie crumbles. It's really good.
Breakfasts will most likely be hardboiled eggs, since they are easy and I steamed a bunch of eggs last night, or protein chia seed pudding.
Veggies, fruit, and/or cottage cheese as a snack.2 -
