    Goal: More than December! In December I did 285.2 km (177.2 miles) = 37 hours 49 minutes. If I could get up to one of my previous Januaries, that would be great, but I did a lot in past Januaries!

    I haven't quite got an exercise routine going and the holidays have been a bit crazy. Update for last week
    1/1 - 60 minutes
    2/1 - 40 minutes walking
    4/1 - 90 minutes walking

    Just off to the gym and will post weekly update next Monday. Have an "energetic" week everyone :smile:
