    Salleewins yep I figured a month is a really good jump start and then I will switch back over to normal CICO with a limit of around 1400 a day and exercise included. That is how I originally lost 50 pounds (did not do any Keto back then). Hopefully soon with it staying a little lighter after work, I can start getting in some short runs.
