    •Challenge Goal: Haven't decided, but I need to reach 170 first!
    •January 1: 178 lbs (fluid retention) I'll get this fluid off by the start of the challenge.
    1/02 - 177.2 - Coming down slowly. Need to get back to 174!

    •1/08- 174.4 Now to drive this number down further!

    Wow!! I had a feeling you'd say March, me too!! Have never been to Disney and my bf and I are going to Orlando for a week. I've been trying for over 3 years to get back into shape. Almost got into the best shape of my life in 2013 and haven't backslid steadily since. This summer I reached my limit of being unhappy with how I look, feel, my clothes don't fit right. He's never seen me in really good shape. Right now being back where I was when we met would be awesome and that was already pretty far gone from where I had once worked hard to be.

    Our goals are pretty similar!! I'm tired of knowing 4-5 months is reasonably enough time to really do it- if focused. Tired of saying to myself if I stick to it, by _/_ I can be where I want to be!

    Sometimes it takes a trip it event as a goal. My first time seeing an impossible goal was an event also in March, back in 2011. Bought a pair of vintage jeans knowing they were too small.... And I did it.

    Let's get there!!!!

    (Original MFP start 1/20/2016 199 lbs....lost about 23 lbs, maintained it about 6 months & regained)
    New MFP start date 6/10/2018 199 lbs. Have logged in every day since then. Not going to regain this time!!

    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 154 lbs

    Jan. 7: -- 157.5 Going the wrong way. We had a party 1/5 and hopefully this is just water weight. TOM also came to visit !!?? (WTH?--hasn't been here for 6 months). Exercise has been good! Looking to post better numbers next week!

    My workouts are pretty good, but I am still eating like it's the Holidays.
    Help?

    Try not to be too hard on yourself. Just take it day by day and suddenly you'll realise that you have changed into your new routine of non holiday eating. Good luck
