I missed the end of round 64. Things have been in disarray around here. I'll be here for 65. I will have to focus on organization.9

I'm not feeling well and have been on the couch and computer all night. I looked back through the JGM10D all the way to the very first post.
I just want to say: hillcrestbaby ... wherever you are, thank you for that very first Just Give Me 10 Days post. What a legacy you left behind!
(Her account has been deleted and I don't know if she ever rejoined under a new name. Do any of you know what became of her?)
@cyranda63 took over the reins at about round 10 and kept it up until round 31 when I can no longer see her name. Her account shows that the last time she was active was in April of 2018. I hope she is well wherever she is.
@quiltingjaine, @terryrichardson1 and @GrandmaJackie ... thank you so much, Ladies, for keeping this Challenge going so that people like me could have a place to land. This has got to be one of, if not THE, longest running challenges on MFP. It's incredible!

Hey everyone! Congrats to everyone who had such great success last round. For those who didn’t see the numbers they wanted to, keep on keeping on, you CAN do this!
Some non-scale goals I have for this round are:
No late night snacking.

Take my dogs on a long walk at least 1 time per day

01/13 - 72.1 kg So last night was awful. Not only did I stay up until 2 am reading, but I allowed myself to pig out at about 1230 on all sorts of stuff. For some reason I just got really hungry at that time and no matter what I ate, wasn’t satisfied. The rest of the day was pretty low calorie though, and I think that not eating until 11 or 12 in the afternoon is making it harder to avoid snacking late at night. I see two solutions to this problem: either eat more during the day, or go to bed earlier! Going to bed is probably the best option as I am making sure I am eating when hungry. With all of that said though, I had a really active day yesterday with 7000+ steps and an hour of playing soccer with my family. I am hoping that the snacking last night won’t bit me in the butt tomorrow. On a NSV note though, I have been alcohol free now for 10 days, and it is a lot easier than I thought it would be!!

Boy, my day did not go to plan yesterday. So I blame TOM and stress eating the 1000cals in snacks.
Today is a friend's birthday and a last min plan to go on a game drive. That will be great, but means estimated food, possibly alcohol and not my planned day of gym, work and relaxing, hence more stress.
But i'll enjoy it and get back to the plan on Monday.
I'll catch up on posts from R64 and 65 this eve.
