Few days since last check in. Also last day before back to work waaa!😣.
Been pretty good, just a little slip up over the weekend.1 -

Was tough to fight the urge to eat last night. Didn’t get home from class until 9pm. Comfort food sounded wonderful. Alas, took out the dogs, packed lunch for today, then went to bed.

Snacks are a plenty around my future in-laws. At least, I only had two iced oatmeal cookies lol. But it still counts as late-night especially since dinner was at 8pm. On a different note, I had no sugar sweetened beverages yesterday only water.5 -

Ugh. Not sure why I thought two nights of school back to back was a good idea when scheduling.
Got up earlier than normal both days in order to workout. Wanted to eat both nights when I got home, but didn’t. Hoping I can keep the momentum. Week 1 down. 13 weeks left in the semester. Lol.2 -

ETA: I spoke too soon last night. I lost the plot completely. It's more of a habit to turn to food when I'm stressed. I need to get busy doing other things rather than stuff my face.4 -

We went to the movies last night. I had a smaller than usual dinner and accounted for a bit of popcorn and snacks.
Day 2 of no sugar beverages - I wonder how longer I can keep up the streak. Does creating chocolate milk with chocolate syrup count? Sometimes, we have milk for a post workout snack.2 -
