So does eating Almonds, Cheese and an egg equal late night snacking if I was under my calories and macros for the day? Can't I just call it my Pre-breakfast appetizer?

I am determined to finish as much of this bathroom remodel before school starts again on Jan 16. That determination is keeping me upstairs and far away from the kitchen at night! Lol

It’s definitely helpful not to have too many snacky things in the house.

Yesterday evening was a real struggle for me. I had the chocolate in my hand several times before I posted early as a way to stop me snacking.
This evening no cravings at all :)

so far so good, I find heading to bed early is usually the best solution for my cravings, but that's not always practical .
Sunday night i did have a 'lil too much dessert, but no food was consumed after 8.30.

If you feel like you're self-sabotaging by munching/binging after dinner or like you're doubling your in-calories at night :/ , then join us in fighting late night snacking ;)! You're free to set what you feel is late night snacking. That might mean not to eat anything past a certain time or just as well to have only a healthy snack after dinner.

@911Nrs From the original post that starts the thread. You're the judge of whatever LNS means for you. :)

For me it means eating after I've finished my dinner unless I've planned for a snack within my calorie range. It also means if I'm eating for entertainment or distraction and especially if I'm not even hungry. I've been known to pack away 1800+ on top of my entire day's calorie allotment!

    1 week down!
Didn't have dinner till after gym tonight, meaning after 9 and quite hungry by then! It's v easy to nibble on anything close by in that state but managed to Resist temptations tonight 💪
