This challenge is great for helping me to be mindful about LNS.
I would say that it's my biggest obstacle I have to overcome if I'm going to be successful with weight loss.4 -

I did indulge in a little but much dessert a couple nights back, but it wasn't late
 dinner tonight wasn't till 9pm *sigh* .. that's what happens when one is gasbagging too long after gym class!

Got home only at 9 and had a light dinner. Then I though "today I might snack and lose that point, not such a drama, I already ate late". I lay a bit and then feel asleep
. That rescued me! 
Maybe it's time a lower the bar a bit and give myself points only when I stop eating at 8. Except when I stay up late, then 9 would be still a well acceptable time.

Had a major freakout because I'm testing for the black ranks in MMA and I am terrified. (Even though, technically, I've already graduated...the show for the families gives me stage fright!)3 -

Staying so so so busy after dinner. No one wants late night snacks when they have sticky bathroom gunk on their hands!

I did much better last night. Stuck to my daily calorie goal and after dinner, had a spiced apple tea instead of stuffing my face.

            This is the type of challenge I NEED. I went to the doctor a week ago and discovered that I gained 15 pounds this year and 9 of those in the last two months. The only thing that I changed was that I was LNS’ing almost every night. I’m starting this late in the game so for the entire month:

            Day 12: yesterday I snacked A LOT but today I exercised and stayed within my calorie goal.
