Yesterday I made oreo cheesecake cupcakes for my son's birthday celebration at school, and ate pretty much all of the extras. Like 1000 calories. I was over my daily calories by a lot... maybe 600. maybe more. Not my proudest day. The scale is back up a pound. While I know I didnt' eat enough to really gain a pound, it's still a sharp reminder. Not my finest day. Going to make today better.4 -

I really need to work on getting all my calories in before 9pm. I am finding that I consistently have 400-500 cal still left so in the middle of the night I am hungry. I work nights but off days I which my schedule to my families. Just running out of time to eat. Any other nurses or shift workers struggling like me?3 -
