Decided to chime in now. I did have 3 squares of dark chocolate with some apple tea after my day's planned eating but this was instead of stuffing my face like I felt like doing tonight so I'm calling it a win for me. It just added 99 calories to the day.2 -

Had dinner out with the hubby. Got home and went in fridge to get a piece of chocolate. Paused to look at the time: 8:36pm. Drat! No chocolate snack.
10 minutes later I am prepping snacks for the dogs in the kitchen. Hubby walks in and starts rooting through the fridge. I then say - “past 8pm. No snacks.” First time I’ve ever said that to him about his own habit. He looks at me and goes “you’re right. I shouldn’t.”
It was totally unscripted, but guess I just signed my husband up for the challenge, too, now. Teamwork makes the dream work!5 -

I went to my book club meeting last night at a local restaurant.
I was able to easily refrain from any drinks or trying a bite of anyone's orders, even when Becky got a fabulous banana foster dessert.
I'm ok as long as I don't start, even with just 1 bite.
