140 cal is not what we call late night snacking here - we refer to uncontrolled and high calorie snacking. Cheese is not increasing your insulin level, as far as I know, so it's not a problem at all. You just avoid having a growling stomach that won't let you sleep right. So perfectly fine, @CindyJNC19632 -

My goal is to not binge on chips or candy after dinner. I already ate real food so these are just cravings that are not necessary or helpful to my body. With that said, I lost too my favorite sour strips from Buc-ees the last two nights lol! Now, the strips are gone. Good.
