LOL! thanks. been also working with people from Brute Force! heavy sandbag training (official "alpha" program is supposed to launch TODAY!)! wouldn't mind giving that snowshoeing a shot...sounds fun, and i do like the snow! me and my pup both!!

Well no regular workouts for me, on vacation in Costa Rica! However we walk 2.5 km each way to town and hiked for hours yesterday up and down mountains so think we're doing ok.3

We got our snowshoe in again last night. It was such a beautiful night. However, temps are supposed to drastically drop tonight for the next week, so my trekking may be put on hold. Although you are always moving, my hands / feet can get quite cold when the temperatures drop.
Eating was a bit of a disaster yesterday. Basically just over ate.
Today is a new day...thank goodness.1 -

That was rough. My “sandbag get ups” on the left are weak as HELL!1 -
Indoor classes last night - body blast followed by a wonderful hour of yoga. Water intake and food choices were good yesterday as well.3

Got a damn stomach bug. 🖕😠
Hopefully it’ll go away soon and I won’t have to start the sandbag routine over...I was only on day 2 anyways. So...rest day. 🤬1
