I'm 5"3 and I've found that at about 125 was when I looked my best. I'm sure if I went lower I'd look good but I'm a pear shape and my hips/butt will always be wider which is fine.0

I agree with this guy (ChrisAnderson2) on both things. Short Girls are the bomb. And this weight thing he is talking about here is way too low. Where did these figures come from? China? When I was a teen in the Navy I was 185 - 195 of solid muscle at 6'. I was a skinny rod looking kid even still. If I went down to 174 lbs I would be more looking like a girl than a guy. I'm not into cross dressing and gay stuff so I think I will stay away from that weight.
Whomever came up with those figures must think we all should look like the living dead or something? Total Bones. No way.
Besides ladies, I prefer some body fat on my lady. If you want to look all muscly and stuff that is up to you but when I see a super buffed muscly lady I cringe. I mean if a guy wanted a girl with muscles like that then why go after a girl? Instead he could just go after a guy. In a woman’s case your body fat is what makes you super soft and desirable. Not over to much but at least a 1" of body fat on your flesh. I see girls with these 6 pack abs and it turns me off completely. I like a girl with a perfectly smooth stomach and maybe a center line down the front just slightly showing but if it is not that is still perfect. Guys are attracted to figures and you get lean you aint going to have much of a figure. You want to work on something work on being the sweetest woman possible and that will make any man a happy man. Trust me on this.

I'm 5'3 and my goal is 140. That's the top of the BMI healthy range for me. Not skinny, but something I can actually maintain. I've been that weight before, and I'm comfortable size 8 in any store. Nothing wrong with a size 8!3

Reviving this thread.
5'2, 31yrs, I'm currently at 121 down from 149lbs and my goal is 102 - 105 at the moment. I was 110 & 20% body fat 5 years ago and still looked pretty chubby (I'm an apple shape) so I want to see what I'd look like another 5-8 lbs less. Currently 23% body fat and I'm aiming for 18%.0 -

I would highly recommend doing research on what the ideal weight for 5'2" according to your body frame. I've been doing research on this for years, and you have to be cautious to your body frame and size. 110 is definitely an "ideal" weight; however, I know personally I could never get to that weight without almost looking anorexic. I personally would not be able to go below 120 - and that would be if I'm very athletic, body building. There are Small, Medium, and Large body frame sizes.. They take into consideration your wrist measurements. A healthy, non-overweight for me at 5'2" is between 125 and 135. That's without building muscle and leaning out for toning and body building0 -

I'm also 5'2. My initial goal weight was 110 which I've finally got to, yet still look so chubby! It's disappointing. I fit into UK size 8 clothes now (just about), but I still look fat. I definitely want to lose another 8-10 lbs to look slim. I'm almost there, but still a fair bit of work to do yet. I think I just have a very petite frame under the layers of fat, so for me, anything over 100 lbs or so looks big.0 -

Good to know there's someone else who feels like me Hope you're happier when you reach your new goal!0 -
Around 112-116 I think. I'm currently at 122-123 and would like to lose around 5 more before I focus on tightening and toning. I would like to be a juniors 3 and woman's size 2, but we will see.0

I'm 5'1.5" but I claim 5'2". I'm a very curvy pear shape almost an hour glass. I'm currently 156lb and started at 175lb . At my current weight I can comfortably wear some extra small tank tops and size 10/12 for pants. My goal is 130lb and the lowest I will allow myself is 125lb. Any lower and I know I'll look weird. I'll just maintain between 135-125 as a final goal.0

I am 5"3 and around 150lbs.. I wouldn't want to know what I would look like at 115lbs!1

5'1 here SW 152, CW 135 (again smh), GW ~110? I've never weighed even close to that as an adult so Idk how it will look on me or how hard it will be to maintain, but I am determined to get there. At 135 with very little muscle build I am in an 8/10 pant size. I'd really love to be a size 4 so that is also another measurement I'll go by as I'm losing.0

I'm 5'2" as well and my goal is 125. I may reevaluate once I get there, but I was happy with my weight when I weighed 125.0

I'm 5'1 my goal is 132# (the high end of a normal BMI) my starting weight was 202, so that's a 70# difference. I'm currently 148# so I'm not too far from goal weight!0

I am 5'2" and 110-120 has always felt good to me. I read somewhere or heard on the tv, and I think some have mention this but 5'2" and the ideal weight of 99-124lbs is just a guide. However, It all depends on your body type and how you feel and are comfortable with.0

I'm only 5'0" and I'm maintaining between 120-125lbs for now, it's in the healthy range and I feel it is aesthetically appropriate for my height (aka, my clothes fit and I look normal/slim).
My ultimate goal is 110-115lbs, but I don't really want to restrict any further right now because I'm still breastfeeding my 18 month old. I will get serious about losing the last bit (if I still want to) after I wean him. Right now my focus is recomp and maintaining 120-125lbs.4 -
I’m 5’2. In high school I always weighed about 105. Now I’m in my late 30s. I’ve had three kids and put on weight. A couple of years I got down to 117 but didn’t maintain. Now my goal is 120.1

I’m 5’2 and 130lbs I want to get down to 115lbs and be inbetween 115-120lbs.
As long as I’m not over 135lbs which is considered overweight for my height I’m ok. I look great now, but for vanity reasons I want to look hot and lose these hips and tummy.0
