This is very inaccurate. It depends on the person, muscle mass, etc.2 -

I would agree with this statement!0 -
Hello I’m 5ft 1/2 I am aiming initially for 140lb. I used to be between 135 and 140 and it was good for me as I am quite curvy. I have been lighter but was very ribby so will see how I feel when I get to 140.0

I used to be 5'2" but I've shrunk to 5'. I want to be 112lbs but as I'm currently 175lbs I have a long way to go. On the upside I've already lost 5lbs in 2 weeks [yes I know a lot is water] so I'm on the right track.1

I'm 5'3'' and aiming for 150 pounds, screw the BMI chart, I just want to feel confident and like how I look. I'd have people asking me if I was sick if I got to 110 pounds.5

I’m 5”2 and 130. I like myself at 120, although my face gets gaunt around that weight. At 120, I’m a size 2, at 130 I wear a 4.0
