    When you say "bump" it brings the message back to the top of the list. Sometimes, messages and comments get lost in the fray (if they get old and lack a lot of comments). A BUMP comment will 'bump' it to the top.

  • This is a family favorite of ours. It is wonderful!

    Tried this last night and it was delicous so easy to prep and so yummy to eat.

    Chicken Stroganoff

    1 lb frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 can 98 % fat free cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz. fat free sour cream
    1 package onion soup mix

    Place frozen breasts in bottom of crockpot. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7 hours.

    It is delicious and super easy!

    carbs: 14
    fat: 3
    protein: 20
    sodium: 741
    fiber: 1

    It is a little high on the sodium so make sure you get your water in that day. It is great over noodles, rice, etc.

    ¼ cup italian dressing
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 can (19 oz) red kidney beans, rinsed
    2 cans (14 oz, each) vegetable broth
    2 cups water
    1 tsp. italian seasoning
    1 ½ cup whole wheat shelled macaroni, uncooked
    ½ cup parmesan cheese
    Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, celery, carrot; cook 2 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Spoon into slow cooker. Add tomatoes, beans, broth, water and seasoning; stir. Cover with lid. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3. Stir in macaroni; cook 10-15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.

    My boyfriend loveddddddd this and he made the comment i see your diets out the window, he about fell over when i told him its was under 200 cal

  • Harvest Pork Roast Makes 8 servings

    2lbs. Pork Tenderloin, Fat Trimmed
    2 Tbsp. Canola oil
    3 Cups Apple juice
    1 cup fresh Cranberries
    3/4 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

    Brown Roast on all sides in a skillet in Canola oil.
    Place in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover, and cook on low 6-8 hours.


    Per serving: 290 calories (80 calories from fat), 9g total fat
    (2g saturated, 0g trans) 90mg cholesterol, 290mg sodium,
    19g total carbohydrate (2g fiber, 16g sugar), 32g protein,
    0%DV vitamin A, 0%Dv vitamin C, 0% DV calcium, 8% DV iron.
