02/02 - 143.2 Yesterday went great! And this morning I was delighted to find myself even closer to my goal. Tonight might be challenging as I have a date. But I chose the skating rink because then I'll be getting active and I don't have to eat anything there (although I might, but I'll be sure to log!) And this guy is in recovery so I won't be drinking around him either. I think this should be pretty fun overall.
02/03 - 143.2 As of this morning I met my mini goal of 7 days in a row of yoga. Yesterday was challenging with food because I snacked instead of having meals and by 5pm I only had 130 calories left for the day so I went hungry on my date. We didn't go skating because it was too crowded and instead saw a movie. When I got home at midnight famished I had my last 130 calories. But overall I am content because I enjoyed myself and didn't break my calorie goal.

02/02 181.6 Sigh. In the past year, Iโve made very little progress. Iโve lost 10 lbs, then gained five and lost and gained those same five for eight months. To tell the truth, sometimes I wonder why I log and report on this site. Truthfully, the reporting reflects my effort. Itโs not like Iโve watched every morsel or even made great strides with exercise. In the end, I suppose, keeping track has stopped my monumental weight gain in its tracks and thatโs something. I have 50 pounds to lose, gained over years of raising kids, job and marriage stress and just plain having too many birthdays. While the actual weight loss has been a failure so far, Iโm going to count my of my issues and stopping the rolling weight gain as a win. In April, I will start a new MFP year, letโs see what I can do by then.

02/02--214.9 Completed W3D3 yesterday of C25k. I didn't want to go out for the run because it was raining, but on my way home I saw someone out running and thought if she can do it so can I, so I got home, got the dog and went out for the run. In the end it wasn't raining that hard and the dog really enjoyed it too.
02/03--215.3 Went to the gym this morning and did some weightlifting.

Iโm sticking around while trying to maintain my weight. Staying within maintenance calories is a lot harder than I thought it would be. Itโs no wonder Iโve kept gaining back my losses in the past.

02/02 โ 144 โ I had a very stressful day at work, culminating with the office landlord deciding to change out the ceramic tile in the lobby right outside my office door. 4 hours of a jackhammer banging on tile. I couldnโt leave because Iโve got 9 corporate tax clients sitting on my desk. After I gave the owner a piece of my mind, he sent the workers home for the day. When I got home, I took my cue from @deepwoodslady and played some heavy metal music on my Alexa and danced while I did dishes. Although I can see the irony, that music can really relieve some stress and I burned some extra calories.
02/03 - 144 - I'm sick again with a chest cold and so my husband made some good homemade food for us today. My weight will probably be up tomorrow, but it will be worth it.

02/02 141.4 night at the in laws and I tried to eat as little of what they dished out as possible (with success) but it was so high in calories and such little food, found myself starving. To make matters worse my man was hungry when we got home too and wanted Chinese food (we usually have Chinese once a year but some how managed to have it twice in the past week) I decided to order with him but only a steamed, veggie side platter. So although that is a NSV for me, as I am sure like many of you, its a weakness for me to order that food, smell it and see it without indulging, i am still sure it was salty, hence the small gain.
02/03 no weigh in. Last night was my little cousins bday party and I will be honest, I didn't attempt to stop myself or log my food. This particular cousins family serves delicious food and they bake the most amazing desserts (she is a professional baker) and I know when I go to parties she is catering, there is no way I am turning it down. It's high quality and expensive food and I would have really been missing out not eating what she doled out. I know I am not supposed to see food like that but it is only twice a year I get her delicious desserts so YOLO. We will see how that is reflected in tomorrow's weigh in, regardless of how good I have been today

02/03 166.6 Treadmill 90 mins while talking to my Mum on FT....yikes, its hard to talk and do up and down hills! Dog #1 wasn't too well, worrying day but she seems to have perked up. Not sure why since the Rams lost:( Tracked but am over on calories today. Probably see it on the scale tomorrow.

02/03 82.1kg on official weigh in day. That's 5.9kg {13lbs} in 4 weeks. This makes me very happy! Now to keep on losing
02/04 82.6kg this seems to be consistent - a loss for Sunday then up on Monday. I don't do anything different at the wknd except less exercise. So long as overall trend is down I'm happy.

02/02 139.8 Iโm starting this round .2 lb. above yesterdayโs weight, but I had a short night, so Iโm grateful it wasnโt higher. One way or another, Iโll have to get in a walk tomorrow. For this evening, Iโll complete my push-ups and sit-ups. My push-ups are still wimpy, but Iโll get stronger.
02/03 139.8 Tomorrow could be a gain. I walked over 6 miles today, and that usually stunts my loss for a day. I ate more than usual this evening, too, watching the football game with my Boston-area born husband. He was happy with the game. We ate some of his left-over ribs from our date yesterday, and I made keto sausage cheese balls/puffs. I feed him extra carbs (he had the rest of his sweet potato this evening), but he likes most of my keto foods. We didnโt have company, so I have a lot of the sausage cheese puffs leftโIโll have three or four with a boiled egg for a quick breakfast before I leave for work in the morning. I decided to stop tracking calories for a while and see if I've learned enough to eat within range without counting everything. If I start a gaining trend, I'll resume logging.
