02/12 – 143.5 – I’m happy I’m still within maintenance range after my carb and sodium fest weekend!
02/13 – 143.5 – I had a tax client come in yesterday. I’ve been doing her work for 15+ years. She’s always been thin, but the past couple years, as she approaches 50, she’s gained a little weight. She was shocked at my weight loss and asked how I did it. I told her about MFP, CICO, and this challenge. She was blown away at the fact that we weigh ourselves every day and share our weight and stories with each other. Having been in this challenge so long I forget how intimidating something like this can be. Whether we’re up, down, or stuck in a plateau, it says a lot that we’re here.
02/14 – 142 – I realized yesterday morning that I had not been keeping up with my water, so I made a determined effort to drink plenty of it.

02/13- 211.0- Yesterday finished on 11,000 steps and 1300cals in. Today is a fast day, steak, new potatoes and veg for dinner tonight 😊
02/14- 208.6- whoop smashed through my target with a week still to go, let's hope the scales don't bounce back up again. 22,000steps yesterday, 630cals eaten. My OH has brought me a new Fitbit for Valentine's Day 💕 I'm excited to try it out X

Lost down to 180 doing lazy keto last spring, but the summer vacations came and then the holidays
and I put all of the weight back on. I am going to be consistant with tracking my food...good or bad...and
get healthier this year.

@IsMollyReallyHungry honestly, I was terrified of the exact same thing! I always have had a huge binging issue when it came to dieting or cutting back how much I ate. The 16 hours off ended up being really easy for some reason. I think it’s because I knew the schedule was there and my body got used to being so scheduled that it really wasn’t sending me hunger sides outside my scheduled hours. Cutting out sugar has helped immensely though. On days when I eat processed sugar, I’m hungry in the evening (I fast 7pm to 11am). As for the morning (or whenever I’m hungry and shouldn’t be eating) I drink a cup of coffee black. Definitely keeps me going until I can eat. I’ve lost 10 lbs in 1.5 months and I’m ok with that progress because I’m still eating all my normal meals and foods during those “on” hours. If I actually combined a diet with it I’m sure results would be better! I’m happy with it reach out if ever you need anything!!

Keeping up with intermittent fasting 16/8.
My goal is not a number for every challenge but it will be an action. My goal this round is to go back to drinking 6-8 bottles of water a day!

02/13 201 I need to get to 199 by 2/17.... If I do, I will win the challenge at my gym, and get a free month of classes, and 1/2 my money back. I am so close!! Although, I have to admit, for some reason my brain eliminated the 200 and I was thinking one more pound... but it's 2 UGH!

(Extra)02/11 (217.8lb) ate 3 cookies for breakfast, but still logged them in. Shared my oatmeal and fruit, but I've been opening and closing the cupboard constantly looking for snacks. Will power will be hard, but worth it! Decided I want to lose an extra .5 per week so I'm down to 1500 daily, I will try to do that for a couple days and see how I feel.
02/12 (214.8lb) an unexpected huge drop, surprised but confused. I hope I can stay under 215 for the rest of this challenge. Had a protein shake for breakfast today to try and help curb my hunger during the day, my regular breakfast wasn't doing the job. Also my first day for under 1500 calories with a hard limit of 1800(my old limit) Will be drinking lots of water and herbal tea and filling up on fresh veggies if I get hungry. I'm so EXCITED and MOTIVATED!!!
02/13 (217lb) Gosh…. This day was hard. I was a little bit dishonest with my calorie logging, 4 gummy fruit snacks and a bit of extra salsa at dinner(20-40cal) I didn't log. Maybe because I felt bad I didn't stay under 215, lol, but I guess it's just a fluctuation. Having a hard time keeping under 1500cal but a new day so will stick with it! Drink more water today as a goal too!

2/12- 175.8 Try to stay under calories and doing weights at the gym.
2/13- No scale I did not end up going to the gym last night. I did not eat a regular breakfast/lunch because of driving and meetings. When I got here my blood sugar was low and I was shaky, so I ate an early dinner and went for an indoor walk instead. I can do the gym tonight, though the weather is so nice I might just walk again. As long as I'm moving I feel I'm going in the right direction.
2/14- No scale I walked in a lovely new place called Tower Park. Got in a little over 3 miles. It's been awhile since I've done 4 it's been too cold or too dark. Ate well yesterday though sodium is high because I'm eating out every meal (work travel). I don't have a scale but my hands are a little puffy so I know I'm retaining water. I'm going a day early due to bad weather tomorrow morning so back to the scale and regular food. I think I should be able to stop and walk a trail along the Missouri river. I've done it once before and it was awesome! Maybe a pic tomorrow... Remind me not to be sad when my scale has an outrageous number on it.

Yesterday was a bit rough for calories. My supervisor brought me a Starbucks white chocolate mocha (just out of the blue). It was a super nice gesture, but at 470 calories it put a rather large unplanned dent in the day for calories. I ended up drinking half to be polite and then tossed the rest. I felt bad since it was a nice thing to do but I really didn’t feel like I was in a position to be like sorry I’ve nearly lost 10 pounds in the last month I can’t drink that otherwise I won’t have enough calories for dinner. Oh well, at least I got to the gym at lunch. Today will be bad for sure, it’s Valentine’s Day and my husbands birthday and we are going out for dessert/dinner.9 -

02/13 - 139.4 lbs ; yoga and10,200 steps yesterday ☑️☑️ Super excited to be in the 130's. I can see my goal in sight. I have started taking a long walk after lunch to go get a diet 7-up at 7-Eleven, it's working as motovation!
02/14 - 140.8 lbs ugh back up to almost where I started. I just can't regain that .2 lb. Yesterday I did fine with food but I was very sedentary because it was pouring rain, so I didn't go for a walk and I had the day off. Tonight I have a date, as it's v-day. I'm gonna have some Thai food. So actually I probably will gain back that .2 (plus more). But that's ok I want to enjoy myself. But I will still do my best to track.

02/12 145.6 ~ (Steps 12,501) ~ I’m still trying to get a routine figured out. I think my husband has decided to retire but having him home every day is an adjustment for me. Hopefully this round will be successful for me, on the bright side I’m home. The week at my daughters I was able to enjoy my grandkids, 😍
