Tomato soup one day, hot chocolate yesterday. A few days, junk carbs, cookie, chips, chocolate. The winter weather has been colder than it has been for a long time. Makes me want to eat!

    Jan. 7: 157.2 (-2.6) -- YEEESSS!!! I worked so hard this last week and it showed up on the scale! :D
    Jan. 14: 157.6 (+0.4) -- Up a smidge and I'm totally OK with it. I had two horrible bloatings this week (thank you, perimenopause), so if anything I thought this would be worse. But this was still a great week because I was able to run 5 miles this morning with absolutely no knee pain! First time since I hurt it on NYE. This means I'll be totally fine for my next half-marathon in March. :D
    Jan. 21: 155 (-2.6) YEEESSS!!!! *throws confetti* *does happy dance* Just goes to show what tracking everything you eat and focusing can do. I also got to run outside today for the first time in three weeks -- no knee pain after 5 miles. Now I've got two months to get my stamina back up for my next half marathon.
    Jan. 28: 154.4 (-0.6) And the downward trend continues! :D So happy! The plan my sports nutritionist put me on is really working. It's obvious my body is finally getting enough fuel for my workouts and is no longer going into starvation mode, causing it to hold on to what it's got and not lose. Plus I've been making great choices and literally working my butt off. It's all paying off!

    Feb. 18: 154 (0.0) Maintained this week and I'm totally fine with that, especially since I had a bit more sugar than usual this week. Hopefully I'll get a loss next week to hit my February goal -- only need to lose 0.2 to make that happen.
