02/12: 314.5 (-2.00) - Happy to see this again! After exercise - I added the "active time" minutes on Samsung health, just phone tracking of activity from my pocket - I was under by 600 calories yesterday.
02/13: Forgot to weigh, woke up in the night and couldn't get to sleep, had breakfast and a nap, all ok though.
02/14: 313.5 (-1.00) - Always nice to see a new low!
02/15: 314.5 (+1.00) - Hello old friend! Slightly early weigh, came in 0.5lb lighter later but I'm sticking with this. Away to a tiny cabin on a farm for the weekend, with my boyfriend, in the middle of the countryside. Heaven! Won't have scales for the next 3 mornings, will write if I feel like it, going to try and be a bit sensible with food but I'm not that worried.

Good food but lots of activity, went around a zoo on Saturday. 11k steps, 120 minutes of active time (not sure how Samsung health calculates that, we were there for 5+ hours, maybe an hour of that sat down, so I assume it's non-stop movement). More walking Sunday and yesterday. Lots of salty, sugary, unhealthy food and alcohol on Sunday evening. Felt bloated Monday morning, I think my body has gotten used to better nutrition. Expecting a drop in a day or 2 as water weight goes, as I kept at least my 500 cal net deficit each day by the time exercise was added! (Based on calorie estimates!) Was a lovely weekend.

02/17 203.8. It’s going to be a tough one today. Taking a road trip with my daughter and there is always bad eating. Oh well. Tomorrow is a new day and I need to get food for the rest of the week. I always do better during the week than on weekends.
02/18 203.4. No work today because of the holiday. I was able to stay on track with my food and got groceries for the rest of the week. I’m feeling good about the next three days for the challenge, even though I didn’t set a goal. ☺️💁♀️

02/17 179 - ate poorly on Friday, did ok yesterday just a little over cals and no junk - also got some food prep done. I like to cook but I don't really like the planning and advance prep - but it is much easier to stay on plan if I do it - I really need to exercise more discipline on this.

I set a goal weight range of 125-130, for myself. My weight’s been creeping back up. Jan 2019-135. I Do Not want to regain weight lost as I have in past; because I feel SO good at lower weight!

2/13-132.4; slept crappy last night. Did the Nighttime snacking thing. But not out a control. Still under my daily cal limit. Gotta stay on plan with my eating today. My weakest is when I’m very tired and not feeling well.
2/14-132.6, weighing daily is stressing me right now. Been working hard. Hope to see a better number tomorrow.
2/15-133.0– scale is making me crazy!!! Absolutely no good reason for going up! But Im determined. Im going to do a alternating daily calorie goal to hopefully break this plateau and work on getting my water in better. IF is not an option nor Keto for me. One positive, I was so ticked this morning; I did a 45 min HIIT workout before coming to work.

Yesterday I did fine with food but I was very sedentary because it was pouring rain, so I didn't go for a walk and I had the day off. Tonight I have a date, as it's v-day. I walked 10,000 steps ☑️ I completed day 21 of yoga with Adriene ☑️ I ate just under calories ☑️ I drank water ☑️. I call it all a win and I'm proud of myself. I predict these last 5 pounds will be tricky to lose. I might need to start jogging to really see results.

02/12 / 178 this morning / I'm not discouraged. It's an odd jump so I have a feeling that it will be coming back down soon. My goal for this round is 175 lbs or a little lower. I'm focused and ready.

02/13 180.8 Hmm I adjusted my calories slightly to see if that helps. How long do you normally give it before making adjustments? In the 20 days I’ve been back to using mfp I’ve lost 1.2 pounds.

02/18 178 I'm off of work the next couple of days and I'm feeling motivated to get some exercise! I haven't really done any in a couple of months. I went for a walk yesterday and it felt pretty good!
02/19 177.4 I'm a bit surprised since I had Chipotle for lunch yesterday! I was within calories, but sodium was way over. I'll take it!

02/13 201.8 - lots of walking and good food choices yesterday. Today is a snow day, I will need to keep away from comfort food and get on the treadmill
02/14 201.2 - high carb day yesterday, today I will add more water and add 5 more minutes of exercise
02/15 199.8 lots of water and physical activity yesterday- focused today on water, eating proper sized portions, exercise, and sleeping
02/16 199 had a great day yesterday - getting some long overdue cleaning and decluttering done, baked cookies and kept to my plan. Away for the night for work. (No scale for the morning, I will weigh in on Monday) today's goal increase water and exercise.
* (I amended my gw for this round, so very happy to have joined- I expect now that I am less bloated I will lose more slowly.)

02/18 199 glad to have stayed the same, eating out is challenging when choices are made by committee back to lots of water and healthy choices today
02/19 198.5 I had to increase my exercise to burn off the extra calories from holiday weekend treats. It seemed to work. 🔆

Yes. In fact, it's normal to see the numbers go up for a day or two if you've done a workout that is more challenging than usual, or using muscles you don't usually use/work so hard. Those muscles will retain water whilst repairing. It'll be water weight, and it'll likely drop back off again after a day or two

2/12- 175.8 Try to stay under calories and doing weights at the gym.
2/13- No scale I did not end up going to the gym last night. I did not eat a regular breakfast/lunch because of driving and meetings. When I got here my blood sugar was low and I was shaky, so I ate an early dinner and went for an indoor walk instead. I can do the gym tonight, though the weather is so nice I might just walk again. As long as I'm moving I feel I'm going in the right direction.
2/14- No scale I walked in a lovely new place called Tower Park. Got in a little over 3 miles. It's been awhile since I've done 4 it's been too cold or too dark. Ate well yesterday though sodium is high because I'm eating out every meal (work travel). I don't have a scale but my hands are a little puffy so I know I'm retaining water. I'm going a day early due to bad weather tomorrow morning so back to the scale and regular food. I think I should be able to stop and walk a trail along the Missouri river. I've done it once before and it was awesome! Maybe a pic tomorrow... Remind me not to be sad when my scale has an outrageous number on it.
2/15- 177.1 I knew it would be up due to sodium and 4 hours sleep. I feel good about yesterday. I ate within calorie goal and walked 3.5 miles. I did get to go to the fantastic trail. When I got there it was 57 when I drove away an hour and ten minutes later it was 39 and the wind was biting. I did get some cool pics I put below. The first you can barely see the entry of the tunnel all the way to the right, then in the middle and finally the other side. I also did C25K Week3day1 without stopping. I was straight up panting but I didn't stop.
2/16- 177.2 wrong direction...
2/17- 178.1 Another crappy day. Bad weather yesterday and today. My only exercise yesterday was shoveling the driveway.
2/18- 179.0 I know it has to be water. I haven't been over on calories in days. I walked 3 miles yesterday and trust the process.
2/19- No scale I am on the road again. I was over yesterday. I went over calorie goal by 421. I never do that but I was stuck in the car for 7 hours and when I finally stopped to eat I was starving. I didn't eat enough veggies or get enough sleep. Not feeling my best self. I'm not going to have a scale until possibly Friday depending on how the trip goes.

Been a year since I've last committed to this and now the weight has come back with a vengeance. Well, so have I!
Trying out some new exercises (signed up for rock climbing!) this time, hopefully everything goes smoothly. Thank you for starting this thread

02/12 -132.0 Rock climbing 2.5hr, jogging 1.5mi, small cool down core workout. Was good with calories until roommate tempted me with a homemade muffin ... it was delicious!
02/13 - 131.6 The crazy snowfall yesterday (weather warning in effect) coupled nicely with my rest day. Things outside are clearing up now and I've got no excuses on that front.
02/14 - 132.6 Whooo I blame this totally on the simply atrocious amount of snacks brought into the office today (someone got chocolates for the team!), and the fact that I had to stay in the said office until 7pm got in a good 1.8 mi run and some core workouts though so it wasn't all too bad. Also modified the rough GW, 3 lb seem much more reasonable
02/15 - 131.8 Was feeling kinda down due to our monthly office "Mix-and-Mingle" event - ate some pretty unhealthy stuff But what the heck, at least I didn't have any alcohol (the calories in those things!). Had a nice long 2.5hr rock climbing session, made up 2 lvl 9 climbs that I couldn't before, and killed a lvl 8 that was giving me a hard time earlier this week . Went home and supplemented the power workout with a 2mi run and quick 10min cool down core exercise.

02/18 - 131.6 phew! What a trip. The hills were chunks of ice after the bouts of freezing rain we've been having, but I'm glad to have gotten in one more trip this season. Glad to be home!
02/19 - 132.8 darn! I guess that's what I get for sitting on my butt for two days. Hard to get motivation to move when it's that time of the month. It's also a mental block, I suppose, when this round is getting close to the end and I'm back at where I was at the beginning! Got a nice run planned for today though, and thinking about it makes me feel slightly better.
