Then I'll lower my goal. 158 was the goal I set when I was at 213... now I realize that while it puts me into the "normal" weight range and normal BMI... it's still too heavy for where I want to be. And just googled OMAD... bless you, @futuredrbri , you must have such strength to even attempt that!0 -

Thank you all for talking me off that cliff (drinking wine). Just as I was about to go for the tea, my 13 year old started getting sick. Between helping him and cleaning up, it was late. Poor kid. He's better now. I'll never joke about being a stomach flu away from my goal weight again (that was a line from The Devil Wears Prada).
Today I'll be stuck to my desk grading assignments and lesson planning. Hopefully I can get my water intake in so I can rehydrate before the week starts.1 -

Looks like the post-sickness binge water weight is coming off, so I am happy about that! I know I said I wouldn't weigh during TOM, but since I just got back on track yesterday, I want to hold myself accountable. Pretty sure I will fluctuate, but I am just hoping for a downward trend.

More water weight and more not complaining! I expected this with keto but thought for sure that I would have to wait to see any losses due to TOM. Looks like that's not the case, so I'm looking forward to getting past the water weight stage and onto the fat loss!2 -
