02/22 179.1 Going down is always good. I got in a three mile walk last night, unfortunately I woke up feeling like crap. I've had breakfast and a pill, I hope to feel better soon. I want to walk tonight but since I also want to go to bed it doesn't look good. I took this as I was leaving the park last night. I thought it looked cool.

Hi-I’m Karen
Sept. 2018 OSW 187 (My Round #1)
UGW 135.....yes, 135!
2/22-166-I leave my dad today, after taking care of him and his new knee. After the weekend, will go to where my husband and I are going to live. I look forward to living with my husband and getting to walk up and down the long paved driveway there, where we will be living (waiting for the house to be built).
I am glad all of you are here! I love reading all of your posts while I drink my coffee in the morning. ☕️🌷15 -

I am a 50 year old 5'5" woman. I am trying to get healthier to avoid diabetes and all of the problems that come from being overweight.
I have found this challenge to be both rewarding and frustrating! Looking at my weight daily has been a real eye opener to see all of the fluctuations and how a high carb day will affect me and the loss for 2-3 days after. I have been participating in this challenge since Round 40 My average loss/gain since Round 40 to 63 is a 0.5lb loss each round. This was better than I expected!
Start Weight Feb 2018 - 202
Next Goal - 170 I will get there, hopefully soon

Round 69
This is my first accountability round. I’m so excited to begin. I’ve been struggling for the past few weeks. My weightloss journey began last year January 21, 2018 at 236. I hit ONEderland in September 2018 at 198.8 only to eat my way back to 221. I’ve been eating clean, counting calories and exercising regularly and losing little. I think I see my body shrinking but scale doesn't show it. I’m over it already. I just want to get it done. So help me please 😩.

Hi I'm Kai this will be my round one, I'm a stay at home parent of three kids (18,13,12), two dogs, and two cats.
My highest weight was 382 (2018) and after having trouble getting out of bed during an MS flare late last year I realized that I needed to get serious about my weight and health. While I can't do anything about my MS I can do a lot about my weight and make it easier on those who help me.

02/22-359.4 -.6 I was having some motivation issues this morning and then saw this thread and thought why not! I think I was feeling overwhelmed by the thought that I still have nearly 200lbs to lose. I try to set much smaller goals and think of things as 10 pounds at a time. On the plus side I've now hit my goal of being in the 359 by the end of February. I'll happily take 359.4, especially with almost a week left in the month. My NSV from yesterday was that I weighed my food for dinner, and my lunch for today.

Here we go! Looking forward to this. Accountability is good for me.

2/22 145.7 last round was tough for me, even though the ending numbers are fine. I struggled through a small bounce and a few days of no scale movement. And spent a lot of time trying to keep myself on track with my eating choices, which haven't always been great. I was tempted to forget logging. The visuals of the long term weight loss trends that people post in the forums with all their peaks and valleys on the way to goal weight really help keep me going. Yesterday was a great day. I earned my promotion to blue belt in jiu-jitsu! The scale showed me a new number today. All good things!

Please join us! Starting on 02/22 JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 69
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.
Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.
Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

02/23 149.8 ~ (Steps 13,942) I realize the challenge don’t actually start till tomorrow but I need to get a grip on things here. My husband and I decided to take a drive to visit the biggest book store in the States here. We only live a couple hours away so it was a nice drive plus we stopped for lunch. Unfortunately my weight has gone up these last few days. On the bright side there’s only one way to go noe, lol. I do have fantastic news within the next week, my husband will be starting his new job, yessssssssss. This means I can get a routine back, yesss yesss yesss.
02/22 148.8 ~ (Steps 19,696) ~ Yesterday was a successful day in NLS, this will be my number one focus on achieving for my weight to drop. Today I’m hoping to get a pool session in,
