02/22 179.1 Going down is always good. I got in a three mile walk last night, unfortunately I woke up feeling like crap. I've had breakfast and a pill, I hope to feel better soon. I want to walk tonight but since I also want to go to bed it doesn't look good. I took this as I was leaving the park last night. I thought it looked cool.

02/23 176.5 Down again is good news. Bad news is I’m completely sick. Left work early yesterday and was back in bed and asleep by 11:00 a.m. Ate enough food to keep medicine down but not much else. No walk last night or today. Fingers crossed I’ll be back to normal tomorrow.

2/22 - 315.8 - This was nice to see. And I have been sticking to my weighing plan. I’m still a little stressed from the other night; it kinda triggered my PTSD. BUT I am calmer this afternoon. Food has still been good; it’s just been more of a struggle.
2/23 - NW - Yesterday, I was on par with eating, maybe a little light due to being out of the apartment during key eating times. Today, similar thing and I am out of olives, BUT I have a plan. I did a heartbreaking episode of Zombies, Run! yesterday and will do another one today. Since the sun has come out I am going to do it outside instead of pacing in my apartment or walking circles around the community room. As the weather turns to more warm days I will start doing Z5K training, AGAIN, but this time I should be able to finish it. I have hope for more activity in the future.

This challenge:- stay focused; keep tracking and stay accountable....ooooh, and be honest with tracking! New Fitbit Versa keeping me on track - loving it so far.

2/22/19 164.8. 70 mins treadmill - still can't get back on the trails this weekend, very heavy rain last few days so it'll be a quagmire out there. Calories OK, tracked.
2/23/19 164.4 90 mins treadmill. Beautiful sunny day today, warmer but still cool for SoCal. Going out for dinner tonight, already tracked what I'm going to eat but don't know exact calories so will probably be over. Really need to see some good loss this round.

02/22: 207.4 - Still sick, but DS is feeling better so I finally got a decent night sleep. Hoping to see a continued downward trend as I get well. 📉
02/23: 206.8 - Slowly on the mend. Guest leaves tomorrow, then I’ll officially be back in a deficit. ✈️
02/24: 206.0 - Looks like I must have overestimated some of our meals out this week because I’m still dropping despite theoretically being at maintenance. Few restaurants here are in the database & none post nutritional info. 🧮

I'm definitely in again for this round. Last round was my first one - I'm just restarting with MFP after a long time away and this challenge really helps me make sure I log every day. Goals for this round are to log my calories every day and to weigh less at the end than I do at the beginning (no specific number, just less). As a side note, I just got a dog today! So I'll definitely be exercising more in the future taking him for walks

02/22 - 191.2 - Got up at 5:45 a.m. for my spin bike workout. Having pizza for dinner tonight, so I am going to be really careful with my calories today so I can fit in the pizza and come in under my goal!
02/23 - 191.8 - I was under my calories with my exercise yesterday, but I think this is the pizza and wine showing. Not sure I can fit in a workout today. I'm going to try to hit my water goal and make good choices.

02/22 - 153.2 I think I'm back down to my start weight. I have my meals and snacks prepped, so I should be able to make good choices. We have a breakfast potluck, and I brought bagels - not my favorite flavor (pumpernickel) so I won't be tempted. I had my eggs and oatmeal.
02/23 - 154.2 Not surprised. I did have one bagel, but I also didn't do well with my water intake. Today I had a great workout with my personal trainer. I'm working on strengthening my shoulder as I gain more mobility.

Feb 23 152 I did OK yesterday, better on the 21st. But today, Feb 23, I’m really struggling with food, as I did Feb 19-20. First time in 15 months. Not sure why it changed. Also very tired, struggling with exercise- today is the first day in 11 months I haven’t done dedicated exercise. It’s very odd. My toes & fingers are tingling, hot, cold, or pins & needles & have been since Feb 19. No idea why. Called dr, and they are not concerned as all my labs are great. I hope it will all go away, and I’ll get back to normal.

02/22 197.2 it really does help to exercise and not eat late at night 😄. Good start for the next ten days but the weekend is coming up and I have plans to eat out tomorrow and the husband is home this weekend, we are on opposite scales of eating, I just need to stay disciplined. Happy weekend all!!

02/24 80.0kg 1st mini target met 💃🏽I'm down to my pre vacation weight of July last year. Next mini target soon of losing 10% of my body weight. Today is relaxing with my sewing machine day - I'm not sewing clothes until I'm closer to goal so it's a wallet today and maybe some paper piecing.

02/23 - 180.4lbs - this is the result of having a McDonalds at lunch time (a treat from work), alcohol in the evening and indulging in the treats at the party (chocolate fountain anyone?! Lol). Oh well, I enjoyed myself, don't feel guilty and know it will come off again
02/24 - 180lbs - so begins the drops again. back to normal routine today, so should see another drop tomorrow too
