I made this compilation today to assess my progress and I was blown away at the difference in my body from losing 13lbs since October 2018! I've got 9lbs more to go and feeling motivated!51 -
It's 3 years since I started my fitness journey. From 76.6 kg to 57.7 kg.74

I try to get at least 8K steps a day but I’m a graphic designer working at home so it’s tough some days haha! Around 85 lost in total so far.
I would like to start lifting and I have just no idea where to start... any suggestions? You look fabulous!
Ah thank you so much! I began with 5x5 StrongLifts which is free, straightforward, and easy 😁 I really wasn’t sure something so simple could make a difference but it totally did so I highly recommend starting there ❤️
Since my last photo I’ve kept improving! I’ve moved on to the PWR program by Kelsey Wells and I absolutely looooooove it! I am losing inches and gaining crazy strength. I really hope this will be my final “deficit” year and I can then follow up with a recomp and muscle bulking cycle. I’m so close to having abs that I can taste it 🤣
Total loss of around 96 lbs with about 10-15 to go...give or take how I feel as I get lower.73 -
Over 120lbs gone.. almost there!109 -
Before and After. 60lbs lost and a huge difference in the health of my skin and hair now that I eat clean whole foods.57 -
Still going, but here’s my 90lb difference through keto and dedication! 💕💕💕

There are some amazing transformations on here. There is no way I could ever put the before and after pictures together.
There is way too much difference and all for the better.Congratulations to all of you.3 -
Needed new photos for my immigration stuff, and dug out my old ones. Tried to keep my makeup the same. 2 years and about 60lbs apart!

@solieco1 Thank you so much!! It was tripping me out a little to see them side by side. 😂 I definitely feel a lot healthier, and it was interesting how much my features have changed in ways I didn't really expect!4 -
In addition to thinner you look younger.
Good job.4 -
Down 107 lbs in 14 months! At 174 now. Goal range was 175-180. Now onto toning and getting rid of what jiggle is left over muscle, so maybe the weight will go down a little lower naturally, or may increase because of muscle gain? Not sure. The extra skin has to stay though.85 -

Wow what hard work youve all put in, a great inspiration for the rest of us still working at it.
Huge congatulations3 -
I'm still a work in progress but here are one year progress pics (self edited to try and disguise bikini bottoms and the cleavage I used to have)- I started my successful journey in January 2018 at 181 pounds. The first pic was taken on March 7 2018 I was at 175 pounds, the second pic is me today, March 8 2019 and I'm currently at 153 pounds. I got down to 148 before Christmas then went a little crazy but my next milestone weight is 140 then I'll decide whether to go for 133, which is my ultimate goal weight I used to feel good at.
I must say I do miss my 'girls' lol but I'm happy with the progress I've made. It may not be much compared to some but I was obese for 7 years so I'm taking it as slowly as possible and it's been a great year finally losing consistently.
Congrats to everyone and I wish us all the best in our continuing adventures!94 -
