 So have managed to lose most of last week's weight gain (despite yesterday's pizza!)
 1.5 pounds heavier than my lowest for this year so far - I'd like to lose that over the next two weeks as I'm running a half marathon in two weeks and honestly, it feels like I'm dragging round two sacks of potatoes on my hips sometimes when I'm running 
 I decided that after the half marathon I'm going to reduce my weight loss targets to half a pound per week for the last 9-10 pounds or so. It'll take me longer to reach my goal weight that way but I'm kind of sick of trying to restrict myself so much and I think losing it slower will make it more sustainable in long run. Let's face it, I've been trying to lose weight for years, another 10 weeks or so will make no difference!5

 Ive decided that im gonna give MFP a break.
 Not in posting here but the actual goals and stuff, ive just got so much on.
 Im really struggling food wise
 I keep flipping from eating loads of rubbish and then having no appetite.
 Ive just applied for saskias new school so fingers crossed
 Not done marley because most schools dont accept 2 year olds in their pre-school, which is a bit annoying.
 So ill still be here but just pausing the goals!
 If ive not started posting goals by the end of March then someone have a word with me LOL
 We will have all our belongings in the new house by Saturday and then thats it!
 So i will come on here but not as much i expect for the next week!7

 @Elbee1 thank you, we had a great time! Definitely a challenge to stay on plan but I managed to put on my blinders and stick to my broccoli cheddar bread bowl and sangria that I planned for. Next year I want to be in maintenance so I'm excited to have more of the various treats.
 I'm exhausted today, I was up half the night sick but hopefully I'll get through the day alright, at least it isn't a workout day.
 This week we are starting our budget, my husband has cash for the week to use on food and gas for work and I've taken out $80 cash to use on groceries for the week. I find that I buy way more at the grocery store than we need and we never use it all before it goes bad which wastes both money and food!
 Anyways, here's yesterday 3/3:
 1. Stay within 1600 calories 😁
 2. Get a minimum of 4,000 steps😁
 3. Just have a fun, stress-free day😁

 Instead of clearing paperwork, I got asked to baby sit again so son could fix his car. No contest Baby snuggles are indeed the best. Baby snuggles are indeed the best.
 I really need to get on top of eating again, yesterday was not very good. One of those days when I wasn't hungry enough to know what I wanted to eat. But I still wanted to eat something, I suspect just for something to do! I live alone and am happy enough, but sometimes when I get home the house seems very empty. Mostly when I've been at my son's, as theirs is a happy home with baby and pets, then I walk home and my house feels empty. On the plus side, I have no excuse for having any food in the house that I shouldn't be eating

            Sorry I've been out of sorts lately. Mood tanked and and so did my ability to deal with the basic things in life. Goals were beyond me. I'm still rubbish, but climbing out enough to recognize that this site is important to my well being. If I write it, I'm more likely to live it. Now to try to move past the past.

 - Work by 8:00 Really no choice my car is in the shop so I'm carpooling with hubby.  We should really do this more often, but we never know what will come up that keeps us here late.  - Dinner within calories.
 - No snacks. No alcohol. Pretty sure I had enough of both the last few days to cover me for a while.
 - Maybe start journaling again.

 I'm home from work today. Not feeling well. I've been fighting a cold for about a week and this morning I woke up with a migraine-type headache, scratchy throat and earache. I should have gone to work, but my body was screaming for rest, so that's what I'm doing.
 @cschmitz110515 thanks for reinforcing my hesitation to walk outside. Here I was picturing you and Caye out walking everyday while I wuss out with Maddie! It makes me feel better that my decision is a sound one and not just being paranoid. I slip and slide on the parking lot at work every day and really get afraid of falling and hitting y head again. But it sure does restrict a person's outside time, doesn't it? I'm so sick of all this snow! The snowbank in front of our house is taller than our living room window sill.
 @mytime6630 I'm loving reading your Saturday WW messages! I'm glad your daughter is opening up more and the doc is working with you. It sounds like you are on the right path for helping both your daughter AND yourself! It makes me happy to hear you doing something for yourself.

 @shirazumdraws I'm glad you figured out the reason for the lightheadedness! I'm known to be a klutz so I always worry about injury...so happy to hear you "skipped the skipping" LOL! The dip and cucumber slices sounds like a good healthy snack in between. Good to know you are planning ahead just in case! 
 @Faebert I like your idea for the March challenge. It's -9 F outside today and I don't see me getting outside much this month. I'm going to use your same "no added sugar" idea for the month of March. It's going to be really hard but it's something I need to do for myself anyway. Hope you are having a great day today!

 @Bex953172 I don't blame you one single bit for taking a break from goals! You have a TON on your plate right now. Moving is stressful and exciting all at the same time. 3 small daughters is crazy busy. Just daily life as a young mother is crazy busy! I think you are wise to not put other expectations on yourself. Please make sure you are eating and taking care of yourself though, because we want you HEALTHY! I'm home from work today so won't be able to mail the quilt out today, but it's going in the mail this week and I am so excited to finally get it to you!!!! :flowerforyou: (I had to laugh at your Dr. Pepper Anonymous comment!)

 Every year from Halloween until New Years I seem to gain weight. It is a combination of seasonal depression/ missing loved ones (having lost 4 of my siblings who I was very close to), and just missing the big family get togethers. Upset with myself, but I feel uncontrollable in this ... this is one of my main goals to learn this new year.

 6. make drinking water a daily habit ... not something I have to work at.

I just can't seem to break out of the 200s now!! Last year I was struggling to break out of the 190s. So hard to not just throw in the towel!

            Somehow I'm down 3lbs in like a week and a half. I have no idea how. Although I have been staying away from candy which was my downfall for a few weeks. But I stepped on the scale this morning and saw 173.2 which I haven't seen in like a month. No idea why but I'll definitely take it!
 I had a whole list of things I wanted to do yesterday but ended up at D and B's house who are going through some seriously tough financial times. We got them a $100 grocery store gift card because we know what it's like to be in that situation. They just have to make it until the beginning of next month and they will be fine. But I hung out with them for a few hours yesterday afternoon. They really needed it. I spent about an hour and a half listening to them ramble on about the plot of Game of Thrones, which I will never watch. Lol. But I knew that they needed to focus on something other than their current circumstances. So I didn't mind. They are very close friends and will forever have my loyalty so I'm glad that we could help.
 It's already almost 2 but I do have a few things I want to get done today. So I guess I will make a small JFT. Lol

 Sorry to hear you're down - it doesn't surprise me though given you've been at home for a while. I get a bit down/stressed when I've been at home thinking about job stuff for just a day, I'd go crackers if i did for an extended period! I think you've done well not to be too down before this point, frankly.
 What happened with the job you really wanted? Did you hear anything?
 In terms of staying positive, are you planning on doing the March challenge? Getting some fresh air each day should help with cabin fever and sunshine (when it's there) is a great mood booster.
 Sending you lots of positive vibes and thoughts - hope you hear something positive soon!1

 Is there some volunteer work or something you can do while you are waiting for a job? Something where you can at least get out of the house ... or maybe even a walk or if too cold, mall walking?
 I know for me, this winter has been brutel, and I desperately need sunshine. I know I need to be around people some also. That is why the gym helps me, and outside walking. But I told hubby if we ever retire, I would love to volunteer someplace ... even as a walmart greeter or something. Socializing is so important, and sometimes just getting out helps. Maybe volunteer at your grandchildrens school?. It doesn't have to be paying work to be fulfilling. But I know financially, that is hard also, but just a suggestion until that right job comes for you? Sometimes volunteer stuffalso leads to work.

            Heyyyyy! Good evening.. I have had another successful day of the March Challenge to get out and enjoy
 the outdoors. My sister and I set out to America's Best to get me an eye exam and glasses. We were
 doing the Walk-in client thingy, or so we thought... Lol…... NOT! They had a full day today. However, they
 scheduled me for this coming Monday, so I get to try again.😀
 That was the first stop. From there we went to Family Dollar store, then WalMart, (each time she was
 careful to park far from the door so that I could get my steps in.
 From WalMart to home to pick up my niece, then to IHOP. Sisters...you would have been proud of me.
 I actually made thoughtful choices. We sat down. I ordered water with lemon 😁
 Usually it would have been either a soda or coffee, or juice. Not today. Then my usual would have
 Been some meats, potatoes, breads, Not today. I found the egg white spinach, cheese,tomato, avocado
 Omelette with side of fruit, and a handsome server to boot.👌
 Then we left there and went to another WalMart...don't ask... Lmbo
 From there to Bojangles to get my sister's husband the fish sandwiches. Then back home. So yes, I took
 in a lot of air today.
 Tomorrow I am supposed to spend it with my middle daughter.
