    Hey guys! Decided to re-join you upon realizing that, irl, I don't have much support in maintaining a healthy lifestyle - and I always get the best results while surrounded by people with the same goals :)

    Day/Weight/Comment:

    02/22 - 66.4 kg - Weighted in the morning, just after waking up. A small increase after a salty dinner I had last night.
    02/23 - N/A
    02/24 - N/A
    02/25 - 66.3 kg - after a weekend with no activities, mainly sitting around, reading and watching TV. Freezing temp. outside so I was in full couch potato mode. At least my food intake was mostly healthy stuff :smile:
    02/26 - 66.6 kg
    02/27 - N/A - I didn't have access to a scale.
    02/28 - N/A - same here - but still watching my calorie intake. Realizing that most probably I won't reach my goal weight this time around, but this doesn't mean I shouldn't try to eat as healthy as possible meantime :smile:

    03/03 - N/A - I haven't been at home all weekend, so I have a feeling my weight is way higher than it should have been at the end of this :disappointed: :

    02/22: 311.00 (-4.5) - New low, always nice! Bit surprised actually, triple checked. Due to this bad cold I'm still only making sure I come in under maintainance. Came in with a decent defecit yesterday though, so we'll see. Basically working on this week being steady. I always struggle when ill to not overeat, maintainance seems a good compromise. I updated my goals again recently, so my calorie goal changes, dropped by 50 a day. I think updating regularly so it's only small drops will be best so I'm not feeling like it's getting more restrictive in larger amounts.
    02/23: 309.75 (-1.25) - Guess I'm not past wooshing after all! Still got a cold, but feeling better. I assume this is loss from the weekend catching up.
    02/24: 312.75 (+3.00) - Ate nearly to maintainance yesterday, as I went very ill again, and I forgot to weigh until after breakfast. Hopefully be back to a defecit soon.
    02/25: 311.75 (-1.00) - An earlier weigh was heavier I think, but I was half asleep and can't remember the number.
    So with feeling ill I've just been trying to stay under maintainance calories. Yesterday I ate biscuits and cake and such, again. And I felt awful from it, both from overeating in general and what it was. I'm very much back on the bandwagon today just from how I felt, because that's likely not helping my fatigue. And what's horrifying is 2 months ago, that'd have been a pretty good day. Week, in fact. I ate a pack of biscuits over the week, I'd have eaten them in a day before. And another the next day. It's scary what I've been doing to my body, and how bad it made me feel day to day has just hit me like a truck. How much of my fatigue is currently (and has been before) because I'm not eating well? I love my body more than this.
    02/26: 310.5 (-0.75) - in my British stones, 308lbs is 22st, not far off! That's a big milestone, I literally can't remember when I was last under that. Came in fairly low calorie yesterday, keeping my eating light for a bit.
    02/27: 311.5 (+1.00) - I forgot to weigh this morning so this is post- lunch. Figured I may as well log it though. That's fine. Had a day about to my goal yesterday, so I'm doing fine. I'm finding these 10 day challenges keep me going, they feel like a great source of support and camaraderie - we all have different goals, some to lose, some to maintain, I think some to gain muscle? But we're all here every day. It's a nice feeling.
    02/28: 308.25 (-3.25) - Woosh! Backache has been quite bad for a few days now, I'm headachey, so this is nice to see! I'm under goals etc so it makes sense to keep going down, although I seem to be losing faster than I'd expect. All happiness though! I daresay this will up and down a bit but the trend in Libra is good.
    03/01: 308.5 (-0.25) - Getting under 308 is a big goal, nice being so close!
    03/02: 310.0 (+1.5) - Normal ups and downs. Late posting today, but I weighed this morning. Having a lot of back pain, and headaches, I think from tension from the back pain. Went over with today's evening meal, so may see this reflected tomorrow. Been very peckish the last couple of days. Pill break has started so the next few days may be rough.
    03/03: 308.5 (-1.5) - Weighed but didn't post. Major fatigue. Just posting before I jump in the new thread.

    3/1- 276 - This last week is the first week where my motivation and determination have just gone. I've been fighting some major cravings and urges to binge this week.
    I’m trying not to think too much into it. As hard as the battle inside my head was this week at least I didn’t give in to the cravings and have not put weight on.
    I’m feeling better now than I did so looking forward for the upcoming week. I’ve got a PT session tonight and they always make me feel amazing. So hopefully I’m off to a great start.

    22/02 - 227.5 lbs. Normal day at work, done a bit of painting in the evening. Calories within target.
    23/02 - 227.0 lbs. (- 0.5 lbs) Working in the garden today, putting up new guttering on one of the garages.
    24/02 - 225.75 lbs (-1.75 lbs) Painting today plus various other jobs in the garden. Beef casserole for dinner.
    25/02 - 224.5 lbs (-3.0 lbs) Back to work today
    26/02 - 224.25 lbs (-3.25 lbs) At work during the day, dinner at my mum's last night. Within calorie target. Bit of painting when I arrived home for an hour or so.
    27/02 - 223.75 lbs (-3.75 lbs) Gym nearly ready. Hopefully by Friday evening it will be ready for me to use. Got a tax return yesterday which is enough to buy a new exercise bike 😀. Off out on a colleague reunion tonight so I expect to put on a pound or two.
    28/02 225.75 lbs (-1.75 lbs). Had a great evening last night, and yes knew I would put on weight, 2 pounds exactly. Will need to be good today.

    Took a 10 day hiatus from tracking and logging. Gained a total of 12 pounds in those 10 days! I weighed 147.7 before leaving on vacation and came back and weighted 159.9. I almost cried, but I didn't. I knew it was mostly water weight and carbs and it should come off fairly quickly. I am not setting any goals for this round except to get back to 147.xx. The last couple of weeks have been extremely stressful, fun, amazing, exciting, and scary all wrapped up in to 1 box. Vacation was amazing, but my older kids had stuff going on at home that we were having to deal with so it made things a lot more hectic this year. I'm ready to get back down and start losing again. 10 days! 10 days!

    02/22 - 151.2 so I'm still going in the right direction. I have lost 8.7 pounds since Monday. I have another 3.5 to go just to get back to where I was 2 weeks ago. Hopefully this weekend I can stay strong and on track. I would like to be back in the 140's by Monday, but of course this weekend is jam packed with all kinds of stuff to do. Fingers crossed I will make wise and healthy choices.
    02/23 - 151.2 same which is good and I will take it. LNS got to me last night. Ate a couple of mini sized butterfingers. So I’m glad I stayed the same.
    02/24 - 152.5 up a bit. Did really well yesterday. I don’t know why I’m up. Probably a late reaction from the night before. Have a family lunch today and more laundry. We will see where I end up tomorrow.
    02/25 - 155.5 I am over February! I know why there was an uptick yesterday and today now. My TOM decided to show up today. Because of the type of birth control I am on it just shows up once every 3 or 4 months and 3-4 pounds of bloat always come with it. I think this will be the first month I end gaining versus losing. That didn't even happen in November or December. I was still up 4 pounds from my vacation and now I just added another 4 for TOM. So I am back to +8 pounds for this month. All I can do is continue to try. I do not think I will be back down in 3 days for the end of this month, but I can start working on March. I think I am a little more frustrated than usual because my emotions are all over the place. Doing good so far today, so I'm taking that as a win and hoping I go down a bit tomorrow. Although usually I hang out with the bloat weight for at least the first half of this week.
    02/26 - 153.3 and we continue the yo-yo that is my weight. At least it went down. About 5.5 pounds left of my bloat vacation and TOM extra weight to get rid of. Would love to be back in the 140's by then end of this round and then the next one finally try to start loosing again. I have 2 months to lose 7-8 pounds which is completely doable. On track for today so far and hoping to continue going down.
    02/27 - 152.5 going down very slowly. 4.8 pounds left to get back to where I was. I don't expect to lose it very quickly, at least not until probably this weekend. To be honest I was surprised with the slight loss this morning. March is right around the corner and starts a fresh slate. Looking forward to a new month of weight loss!
    02/28 - 153.3 I knew yesterday was a fluke or I was dehydrated or something. The first 4-5 days during my TOM I don't lose anything. I hold on to that weight for dear life. I wasn't even going to finish this round because of it, but since I didn't complete 67 and didn't do any of round 68 because of vacation and stuff I didn't want too get into a bad habit and honestly it helps me to have the accountability. Even though this round is pretty much a false weight round of water retention and bloat! I have never finished a month with a gain since I started losing weight in June or July of last year. This month I will finish with a 4.8 pound gain. March is going to be a very strict month for me.
    03/01 - 154.9 I have no idea what is going on. I have felt so bad all week I am barely eating anything. I am also not drinking hardly any water though. Nothing is settling right with me. I have been super tired and almost nauseous all week. This round was not what I was hoping for. I'm ready for the next round. Should be done with TOM by Sunday which is perfect for round 70
    03/02 - 154.9 I guess my likes this number
    03/03 - 154.9 Still here. i guess it's good it's not going up anymore. Did well yesterday I thought, was hoping to drop a bit. I finished this 10 days even though I wasn't going to. Tomorrow will hopefully be better and the next 10 I can get back down to the 140's! This round a bust!

    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 10 since; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – but am finding it difficult!

    02/24 140 a slight up tick, oh dear. TOM hit as I suspected, so I know this isn't a real gain. Haven't workout out this weekend, been a super lazy weekend but I have spent all my time with my hubby and the trade off doesn't bother me. I love when we have time together to be this involved.

    02/25 139.6 a slight drop but I expected it. Hoping now that my TOM is here I can drop more and not worry about the crazy cravings and water gain.

    02/26137.8 FINALLY!!! Back to the weight i was last week. Bloat, I tell ya is such a b#%$*. In the past I have gained a lot of weight from TOM but at least I gained some and held steady on the 30s. Guess I am here to stay! Lol.
