tailor so I don't move much.
I was 63 kilos before 3 days.
I became 75 kilos . After some potato ideas and work I became 67 kilos in 43 days.
Trying to get 64 kilos and build some muscles 💪21 -

My highest weight was 200 lbs but I am around 175 lbs in this before picture. 143 lbs in the after and aiming to get down to 125!!77 -

1st picture is 2007, 2nd picture is a couple of months ago. I was probably about 260 lbs then and am currently 187 lbs. I've fluctuated between my lowest weight of 173 lbs and highest weight of ~260 lbs. I'm ready to finally get down to my goal weight of 150!28

I have been fighting the temptation ALL week to eat cookies and breads ( I am hosting an event at work and have tons of them at my disposal) Thank you for all that posted your success pictures! I'll stick to my apple

Not really a success story because I've still got a loooonnggg way to go but thought I'd share.... :-/ I was sceptical of the scales because i didn't see any difference physically but since I was last weighed a couple months ago I lost 40lbs. I thought I couldn't see the difference but a friend said you can really see it in my face and i guess she was right, what do you think?

I took long enough...but I'm almost 86 pounds down now with some major health and fitness changes that began in January 2018
I'm in SUCH a better place both physically and emotionally that I've ever been...I've been amping up training even harder this year and the changes have been amazing. My husband and I are prepping together for America Ninja Warrior 2020 tryouts and we're going to build an obstacle course in our yard this summer for all the neighborhood kids to train on, too!
