I am frankly getting tired of this vicious cycle of weight loss in the summer/weight gain in the winter every damn year, but alas I failed to maintain my weight yet again this winter. Planning to lose about 20 lbs by summer. This time I want to keep it off. Who's down?

I’m in!!!! Need to lose 10 with a lot of strength training to tone.3

I’m in!! Challenging myself to go to gym everyday for 30 days straight to get a change going even if it’s to walk!!2 weeks in haven’t missed a day!!!19

I’m going away for Easter, so only have 4 weeks to lose 10lbs....after that I’ll have the 30-40 lbs I gain on All Inclusive to lose for summer 😂

Up and Down is tough. I'm using myshape.fitness (google it) to track weight and body shape. It will let you set that goal and then also you'll see when you start creeping up again and know it's time to get back on the wagon!7

Going low fat and no sugar this week! Hopefully the weigh in next Sunday will be a good surprise. Walking at least two miles per day!8

During that 2 mile meditative walk be sure to throw in some intervals where are you’re just really throwing yourself into it for about a minute in between about every four minutes of a medium fast walk! Very effective.5

I’m doing ADF until our holiday, eating 600 calories on DD and around 1500 on UD. Need to move more too. I’ll aim for 10000 steps daily this week and gradually build up to 15000 a day over the coming weeks.3
