I am so in for this section - this is my worst time of the day - Nights are the worst for me, either out of boredom or lack of discipline. So count me in.0

I love this idea! I'm joining a little late in the month since I'm new to the community, but I'm game! I'm going to define this as late night snacking beyond my calorie goal (sometimes I come home from late exercising and actually do need to eat more). Looking at my tracking for the last month 're calorie goals:

**I ate dinner late but eating less meat so I had to take some time to prepare my veggie meal . I have these Biscoff cookies that I cannot tear away from, once they are gone, I "aint" buying them anymore. Ther put me over my carb % everyday2 -

The best way I found to NOT late night snack is get up and work out at 5am!! Then at night you won’t be able to stay awake to eat a midnight snack. So tired! 😴0
