    Goal= a loss for round 72
    Day/Weight/Comment
    03/24 Sunday 240.5 Did spend some time being active outdoors today.
    03/25 Monday 237.4 Tracked all my food today for the first time since starting this challenge in the last round. Always seem to end up around 14% protein instead of 20%. Tried PB Fit peanut powder mixed with water on toast and liked it.
    03/26 Tuesday 237.4
    03/27 Wednesday 233.2
    03/28 Thursday 233.0 Maybe things will start settling down from some crazy water weight loss. It's a major achievement that I have been tracking and not overeating this week.
    03/29 Friday 236.6 Feeling optimistic, like I can do this. Don't want to get ahead of myself, but would love to be able to wear some of the clothes in my closet that are currently too small! My hardest days are going to be my days off. I work Mon-Thurs, so have 3 of those to contend with each week...

    I feel you on the weekend thing! I work Saturday mornings, but still have the habit of treating Thursday Eve like Friday night = treat night! Have a day off on Friday so can go a but wild. Sat afternoon and evening chaos can happen but I do try to claw it back for Sunday!

    03/25 239.2 What day am I on here? Man, internet messing up, MFP not letting me update from my phone. Grrrrr... Bumming some WiFi. New low. Down 10.6 for the first 20 days. YASSSSSSS!

    03/26 238.2 Ok, hopefully seen the last of the 240's. Thinking about switching to Kg's... but 107.95 sounds a bit too light. Maybe if I do that "stones and pounds" thing. Do I have to say it with a British accent, because my Brit is pretty weak. I do a fairly good Eric Idle being a woman...

    03/27 237.6 which comes out to 17 stone, or 107.8 Kg's... or on the Monty Python scale, .35 Mr Creosote, which is equal to 1.037 Cleese. Hoping to get down to an even Cleese by the end of this round.

    03/287 237.0 No python fans I guess.... oh well, always look on the bright side of life. Hey, still moving in the right direction. Got a new/old road bike yesterday. Little bit of tuning up, and I'll be pedaling up to the WOD.

    03/29 235.2 So, yeah, a 12 mile bike ride PLUS CrossFit drains a pound or two. Pretty sure that's mostly dehydration. Note to self: WTF dude??? You're not in your 30's...

    What difference is age ? It's just a number and you're only as old as you feel !!! Keep young and keep moving my friend x
