I have been absent, sadly. Not even encouraged you lovely people... shame on me.
On the other hand, I have been trying new things (or not so new to me, but just gave them new names and made them feel trendy): IF. In the sight of that, I had been eating once or twice late (but also stayed up late, shame on me again). Other than that, been doing really well.
Anyways, stay strong for the last weekend of March, so that you have a good start in April:

(back under "Challenges", sorry about moving it around across big topics - in some sense, it helps us the "Motivation and Support" that we need, too)
I can see where the group fits both categories too, but for me Challenges is a more fitting category. Late night snacking has been a challenge all my adult life. Although posting my daily results can be a motivating factor to not LNS, challenge trumps motivation for me.0 -

It was so hard last night0 -
I'm in. I have terrible trouble with the midnight munchies. Mostly it's habit from being here, someplace I'm not terribly happy. Hoping that once I get over to Camp this summer (off grid), that I'll be too tired to bother firing up the generator for just popcorn! lol.0

I plan a fruit or veggie based snack and drink TONS of water. Sugar free sweet gum also helps and a decent bedtime.1

And early morning snacking, progratinating getting out of the house because of anxiety... I am late and only have 35 calories left for the day... Ouf. Chin up, I keep going.0

Even though not discussing much, its nice to know that I have a group of people who get the struggle and that we are all striving to beat it!

First time late night snacking for several days.........I woke up this a.m., completely ravenous, so I finished off the last of the cornbread, by making it into mush. Did the trick. lol. Now I don't need to do it again, for several more days.1
