Starting this month at an all time low, I’m sure I’ll bounce around a bit but I’m going to get that number down.
I’ve got some big summer time vanity goals so I’m going to step up my game at the gym. I’m upping the strength training.

Game Plan:- Continue weekly meal planning
- Log daily in MFP - focus on daily calorie deficit
- Increase Fitbit steps from 2500 (March avg) to 5000 by end of April (⬆500/week)
- Hit active minutes goal of 20 minutes daily
- Increase strength building exercise from 5 days to 7
- Watch weight trend and don't freak out over daily fluctuations
