Y'all are stuck with me again this month even though I don't want to lose five pounds or even two. Well, maybe two, but none would be GREAT.
My weight is actually up a little bit the last two days, but I'm not worried at all. It's the weekend, and I have eaten more than normal. I'm still near the bottom of my maintenance range, and my weight is less than a half pound from my goal. My current goal is to try to reduce SOME of the daily fluctuations, but not worry when they happen. I'm working on maintaining my current weight, and it's kind of the same as trying to lose. It's just that you have to begin to see "no change" as a good thing. Go for the status quo!
Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.

I know 10 pounds in one month sounds like a lot, but I have been pigging out and not working out for about 2 weeks now. I expect a fairly large drop the first week at least, from water weight. At least I hope!3 -
