Y'all are stuck with me again this month even though I don't want to lose five pounds or even two. Well, maybe two, but none would be GREAT.
My weight is actually up a little bit the last two days, but I'm not worried at all. It's the weekend, and I have eaten more than normal. I'm still near the bottom of my maintenance range, and my weight is less than a half pound from my goal. My current goal is to try to reduce SOME of the daily fluctuations, but not worry when they happen. I'm working on maintaining my current weight, and it's kind of the same as trying to lose. It's just that you have to begin to see "no change" as a good thing. Go for the status quo!
Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.

I'm in, started last month with BBOD Shaun T's T20 program and it's been very difficult for my fitness level so far lol and today we are starting the last 2 weeks -- the Conquer phase
I have done Insanity and Insanity Max 30, plus some of the T20 workouts, and they are no joke! Great job sticking to it!

I'm back for another round! Still trying to get into the 140's, lol. Ended March at 150.1, so close, but not a 149 something on the scale. Looking to finish this month at 146, that's a pound a week and hopefully get past this 3 week plateau I have been dealing with. Let's get started!
