Thank you!

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 72 (round 4 for me !) Bring it on !!!
Female age 60
5' 4”
Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – but I am finding it difficult!
End of round 69 134.2 lbs
End of round 70 133.6
End of round 71 132.4
Day/Weight/Comment
03/24 134.8 – gain due to party food at my grandson's first birthday yesterday, travelling for 3 hours and no walking, but a really lovely day – back at it today!
03/25 133.4 – some of the sodium party food gain lost; hurrah!! Just over 10 miles walked yesterday in beautiful countryside and enjoying nature.
03/26 134 – 11 ¼ miles walked yesterday
03/27 133 – 11 miles walked
03/28 132.2 - just over 12 ¾ miles walked yesterday and an hour's yoga
03/29 133 - just over 4 ¼ miles walked yesterday – child minded my baby grandson, took him to a local animal park farm, strolled in the wonderful spring sunshine, did succumb to a piece of lemon drizzle cake in the tea room there !!
03/30 133 - just over 8.25 miles walked. My contact this coming week will be patchy as away on walking week and signal is iffy !!
03/31 133.4 – 11 ¾ miles walked yesterday along Gloucester Sharpness canal with DH, wonderful spring sunshine and fabulous wildlife ?
04/01 133.2 - 8 ¼ miles walked yesterday, majority along the Severn Way, much cooler and cloudier today
04/02 133.2 – just over 12 miles walked yesterday in the Royal Forest of Dean, a wonderful warm spring day after a cool start
1.6 pounds lost over the challenge – I'm pleased with that – hope I lose the same in the next round !!

What we need to succeed is a sustainable way of eating, not a DIET we go on and off.
This is NOT A DIET. It’s a LIFESTYLE.
3/23 128.0
********
3/24 129.0 Had a headache after family brunch didn’t leave the house. High salt late supper at home.
3/25 129.0 No control over where visitors chose to eat but making the best choices possible for ME. No big TMI visits for a couple of days so feeling really bloated!
3/26 130.0 Still no TMI. Sweet DSIL is coming to stay with us for 3 days so eating should be much better. Taking her daughter to the airport. Going to El Pollo Loco as often as she wants because she loves it and doesn’t have it at home!
3/27 128.5 How much does your weight change over night?? I was 133.5 when I went to bed last night! What a difference one day of eating and getting plenty of water can make! I’m posting before anyone else gets up and then hope to catch up on all the past posts.
3/28 128.0 Celebrated granddaughter’s 16th birthday a day early because my SIL is leaving in the morning.
3/29 128.0 Today we’ll watch grandson at robotics regional. Up at 5 this morning to take SIL to the airport. I need a nap.
3/30 128.0 Trying to catch up on posts between quals at robotics.
3/31 129.0 Too much salty stuff - no problem.
4/1 129.0 Dog barking at 5:15, I have a scratchy throat. I forgot to mention that although the kids had some problems with their robot and finished 30/44, they did win the NASA Engineering Inspiration award and an all expenses paid trip to nationals in Houston. Only the 2nd year they have had a robotics team and their second trip to nationals!
4/2 129.5 Community pool opened this morning. They neglected to turn on the pool heater until sometime Sunday! Water temp 78 and air temp 54! Too cold for this gal to get in the water! For some reason I had the munchies. As I caught up on posts this morning it occurred to me that I, also, was eating my emotions. I got a note Monday morning that my former classmate’s husband who was diagnosed with liver cancer on March 18 passed away at 2 AM Monday. Today back to the gym with Amy.10 -

Day/Weight/Comment
3/24 - 174.8 (FR) - 44g carbs, 36g net carbs. Carbs were: CRACKERS!, dill pickle, olives, celery in tuna, peanut butter, eggs. Yesterday was my last day of the 2 week 12/12 IF protocol. I will do it again if I think it's necessary, but only for one week. Week 1, I was definitely hungry at the end of the 12 hr fast. Week 2, I did not feel hungry until the 15th hour. My body was beginning to reset itself to my normal 18 to 20 hours of fasting.
3/25 - 173.8 - 29g carbs, 23g net carbs. Carbs were: eggs, strawberries, cabbage, cashews. My body is tired from my workout yesterday, but my weak lower body muscles are getting stronger. I've also been stretching my very tight IT band every day throughout the day to improve my knee. It's helping. I need my muscle roller massage stick today!
3/26 - 173.8 - 38g carbs, 29g net carbs. Carbs were: cabbage, peanut butter, celery in tuna, grape tomatoes, jalapenos, monk fruit sweetener (has carbs, but all fiber, no calories and no effect on blood sugar 😦??? O-kaaay) Keto friendly, resembles sugar, no aftertaste that I detect. I need to use it, bought it a year ago. The one I have is mixed with erythritol. It's 200-300 times sweeter than sugar, so why the mix? Probably, to stretch it, since monk fruit is very expensive and erythritol also has a couple of similar properties. I do have syrups and a greens food powder sweetened with only monk fruit. Very good, so good that it masks the taste of wheat grass powder which is quite nasty. Monk Fruit Sweetener
3/27 - 176 ⬅abs workout ☺ - 87g carbs, 74g net carbs. Carbs were: fried chicken, salad, cabbage, nuts. I was out all day, tired and hungry. Purchased a small snack bag of nuts, pumpkin seeds and dried fruit bits. 560 calories of really not much dried fruit or pepitas, mostly peanuts. The carb count not okay, but the calories balances the past week. I've been leaving a lot of calories behind and I don't like doing that. Did not take vitamins yesterday. It was bedtime when I thought of them. I need a lot of water to swallow pills, did not want to be running to the bathroom all night.
3/28 - 175.2 - 45g carbs, 39g net carbs. Carbs were: salad, coating on fried chicken, peanut butter, lemon juice, salad dressing.
3/29 - 174.6 - 29g carbs, 24g net carbs. Carbs were: green beans, broccoli, salad, fried chicken, lemon juice. Abs swelling finally coming down! Just in time for another abs workout😅
3/30 - 175.8 - 22g carbs, 17g net carbs. Carbs were: salad, salad dressing, guacamole, ingredients in turkey burger, peanut butter, turkey pepperoni, egg. It's going to be a lot of back and forth with my weight until my body adjusts to my exercise. All muscles are firing! Feels good to get back to it on a consistent basis, been a long time.
3/31 - 174.6 - 59g carbs, 54g net carbs. Carbs were: guacamole, peanut butter, 😒 cookies.
4/01 - 177 - 66g carbs, 63g net carbs. Carbs were: pkgd refrigerated crescent rolls (3, BIG mistake!) fried chicken, cabbage, eggs. Woke up with a really swollen knee and a lot of other aches.😩 I know it's from that bread I ate. AND, just in time for the start of my Niece's 30 day walking challenge. 😂 gotta laugh
4/02 - 174.6 - Although not 100%, feeling much better today. I felt like an old lady yesterday😂 I did do a partial abs workout, standing exercises, no floor work. Full abs workout today. Got some walking in too which was tough, but I needed to do it. 36g carbs, 29g net carbs. Carbs were: bbq sauce, cabbage, peanut butter, broccoli.

03/24 - 96.7 yesterday was so stressful had to eat the entire house. Fingers crossed for better behavior today
03/25 - 95.6 The best way to be rewarded for good behaviour is to see it on the scale I know it is just water for having no carbs and other water retention stuff, and it will probably not stick too long as is (or stick too long XD and plateau). Anyway great way to get motivated to get back on track.
03/26 - 95.6 Happy to see this number again! Was semi-behaving yesterday. Proud I manage to control myself this period at all.
03/27 - 96.0 Binging is back. Really not in the mood to behave.

Day/Weight/Comment
03/24 - 289.4 - I walked to church this morning and was glad I made it up the steep hill. I'm getting stronger. It still took my breath away, but the stairs up to the church posed no problem. I plan on walking in an hour for about an hour. Only 14 more pounds to my next milestone goal.
03/25 - NW - I plan to go walking later today. I always think I can't do it, then I prove myself wrong. I've been hitting my active hours as well on my Fitbit. I'm feeling more hungry today for some reason. I'm thinking of eating my snack earlier instead of later. Food is still on point.
03/26 - 291.6 - Not sure what happened. My period is kinda lingering so that could be the source. I didn't get any exercise in, but I did get some more cleaning done. Food is still doing good. I've added in chopped spinach to my meals.
03/27 - 288.4 - Most likely just water weight yesterday. It's gone. Food is going good today. I added in turkey sausage to my breakfast for some extra protein. I have also increased the size of my evening snack as I think my calories were dipping too low. I have been busy cleaning again today in preparation for the housekeeping inspection tomorrow. If my package arrives early enough I will go for a walk around the community the room later.
03/28 - 289.6 - Hmm. Bouncy? I don't know. I'm not really getting my exercise in this week for a variety of reasons. Monday was rest day. Tuesday and Wednesday I was waiting for packages until late. And today my walk I cut short to keep from being brained by a baseball. Two guys were throwing a ball back and forth over the walking path instead of going to a space in the big park that wasn't a walking path. I have been burning some calories by doing a lot of cleaning.
03/29 - 286.6 - Woohoo! I guess maybe this is my new pattern, up then down. Either way it's progress. Fasting today as it is a Friday during Lent still. Just a few more weeks. My inspection was moved until today. I'm going to take advantage and clean the windows. I will have to sweep the bathroom again as Alex used his litter box, of course, and wipe down the kitchen counter from a spinach accident, but the rest is all good.
03/30 - 285.2 - Looks like the fasting helped my weight as well. I did start eating at five and had extra popcorn to ensure I didn't wake up starving this morning. I plan to get some walking in and probably go to the gym. My inspection left me with plenty to do around the apartment STILL. I have to go through my baskets and keep or toss basically. I already rearranged the living room closet. I have to wash all the closet doors and bleach the part of the window sill between the window and the screen. A few other things. So, I tried hard, but just have to try harder.
03/31 - 284.6 - I did good with my food yesterday. I did an episode of Zombies, Run!; Mark, Move and Groove of Rockin' Body with Shuan T, and 30 mins of strength of training total body workout. Today I'll go to mass, and walk some more. Tomorrow I start couch to 5K training with Zombies, Run! 5K training.
04/01 - 284.8 - I slight tick up, but the soreness in my muscles tells me that it's likely just water. I started couch to 5K training, W1 D1. I also did an episode of Zombies, Run!. Food was okay, my calories were higher than usual, but still within my goal.
04/02 - 285.0 - Another slight tick up. I did go over my calories by 1 yesterday, but the soreness in my muscles is gone. So, not entirely sure. Oh, well. I plan to do some walking today, but no running, letting those muscles rest a bit. That could be it, the development of new muscle tissue has occurred. Anyways, I plan on walking in the park as it is nice and sunny, and warmer today.
Weight loss this round.: -5.29 -
So back again for another one. Round 71 I went back and forth between 151 and 150. I expected a pretty good whoosh all week but never saw it. I’m just staying on track and hoping for the best next week. Hoping to finally get back into the 140’s by the end of this round.
Day Weight Comment
03/24 - 150.9 so no whoosh yet. We have our weekly family meal today so hoping for the best tomorrow. Holding steady so far through the weekend. Come on 149 something!
03/25 - 153.6 and there is my Sunday family dinner gain! 2.7 pounds, uuugggh. My husband decided he was going to grill some t-bones last night and they were amazing. We also had grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes with it. Then I decided I needed a couple of mini butterfingers. So the weight is well deserved, I am assuming mostly carbs and food still in my stomach. Anytime I eat steak it stays with me for a couple of days. Had a great Sunday though and back to eating clean today. Looking for that 149 sometime this round.
03/26 - 152.1 Got to love sodium and carbs. Should be back down tomorrow and back on track for a loss by Friday. Have all my meals planned for today and should stay under calories again. Pushing to see that 149 this week!
03/27 - 151.1 am almost back to my starting weight for the round. I was only a couple of ounces away from where I was. The scale flashed 150.7 and then stuck on 151.1. I got off and on a couple of times to try and make 150.7 stick, but it didn't, so I will have to settle for this, lol. Still not feeling 100%, allergies are killing me and now I have no voice. So just trying to drink my water and tea and get through the day. I have a roast in the crock pot for dinner tonight, so that should make tonight easier and I can get some rest.
03/28 - 152.1 no idea why it's up. Ate under calories yesterday and didn't have any late night snacking. Ate a little bit of roast for dinner and a big salad for my side. No mashed potatoes, roll or dessert. Woke up with a really dry mouth this morning, so maybe I am just dehydrated from allergy pills. Going to try and drink more water today and see what the scale says tomorrow. I see another 10 day round of floating around 150-152. Not giving up, but 149 may be in the next round. I think my body is anti-weighing under 150, lol.
03/29 - 150.1 Yesterday I was completely over trying to lose weight. I have been working so hard to get into the 140's it has taken over my life. I was beyond frustrated and was thinking about taking a break from this whole thing. I actually ate about 2 handfuls of cheese combos and had 2 beers when I got home from work. Then I snapped myself back into reality and had a salad for dinner instead of the chicken fried chicken that I had planned on having. I think I have figured out my spikes are due to red meat (steak, brisket, roast)n and eating after 7:00. I know it's great for iron and protein, but I think it stays in my stomach longer than chicken or hamburger meat for some reason. So I am avoiding it for the next week or 2 and see if that is what causes the crazy 2 or 3 pound spikes. I always lose the weight right away, but it really messes up my 10 day and 5 day averages. This morning I got on the scale when I first woke up and it said 150.0, after my shower and stuff it said 150.1. Not really much of a difference, still not 149, so I'm sticking with the 150.1. Staying on track today so far and waiting to see what the next 4 days bring me.
03/30 - 151.9 uugghh. Maybe it’s from dinner out last night. I was not expecting the uptick to be honest. I picked the chicken fajitas and ate a ton of the veggies. Only had half a tortilla and mostly stayed away from the rice and beans. I did cave and have a margarita, so maybe it’s from that. Hopefully I will be back down tomorrow. This is the longest and most frustrating plateau I have ever had. I think I am going on 3 weeks of floating around 150 or 151. Today I have to help my oldest move out and into his first place with his girlfriend. They found a really cute condo, but it is just crazy that I have a child old enough to move into his own condo and in with a girl. I really like her and she is good for him, I just worry about them being so young. Lol, they are both only 20 years old, so hopefully they don’t make me a grandmother anytime soon. I am not ready for all of that! On track to get a lot done today and within calories.
03/31 - 152.6 I have no answers anymore. I’m have been eating way under calories for the last couple of weeks. I have tried to stay away from all bread, potatoes, sugar, alcohol, and now I’m cutting out red meat. I have a margarita Friday night and gain almost 2 pounds. Yesterday I moved so much stuff and never stopped. Ate 1 piece of pizza and a piece of cheesy bread. The rest of the day I was on track, gained almost another whole pound this morning. I guess we will see what happens tomorrow. I just have to laugh at this point because there is absolutely nothing else I can do to get out of the 150’s.
04/01 - 152.6 Did well yesterday, so I guess I can be happy it didn't go up anymore. This is actually my lowest Monday bump in weeks. Got my oldest and his girlfriend all moved in to their new place Saturday. Took care of finding shoes and a necklace to go with my daughters prom dress yesterday. She made prom court, so she had to take everything to school today to have it approved by the school. I guess they have to make sure everybody on prom court was dress code approved. Did laundry and made burritos for everybody's breakfast this week and then watched some basketball. So normal busy, crazy weekend. Meals planned for today and trying to drink plenty of water. We will see what I end this round with tomorrow!
04/02 - 150.4 so a little lower than my first day of this round and a pound and half lower from my last day on round 71. My 10 day average is up a couple of ounces, but this round had 2 weekends in it, so that's pretty good. I can see a whoosh finally happening on the horizon, maybe, hopefully. Who knows, lol. We will see in the next round I guess. On to the next!8 -

Round 72 (my 2nd) Day/Weight/Comment
03/24 152.6 This makes 5.2 down since I started this challenge, and 2.8 down overnight! Now that's the week 1 whoosh I'd hoped for and never got. I exercised and ate some calories back, had my usual ice cream bar and even three squares of caramel dark chocolate yesterday! I also looked up the calories in my favorite bakery cookies and discovered to my horror that each one has over 500 calories! I used to eat several in the course of a day. Maybe I can have one occasionally on maintenance, but I am so glad I'm not blindly stuffing my face now!
I feel like tracking on MFP has revealed that holy grail of successful weight loss: moderation. I'm finally empowered to enjoy treats in moderation, guilt-free. Other big lessons so far: I must practice patience (this is all gonna go way more slowly than I'd like!), and I can't freak out when the numbers on the scale go up or plateau. It's all part of this nonlinear process.
My original goal weight for this round was 153.8, but I'm lower than that today, so I've revised the goal to be 151.8. That's only 1 lb in the next 10 days, slow and steady.
03/25 154.8 Well, it's to be expected. I may bounce up and down over the next few days. I ended the last round at 155.4, and that's probably closer to the truth. 153 still feels attainable for this round. Focusing on lots of hydration and staying in my calorie range while getting as close to my protein macros as possible.
03/26 155.6. Sigh. Okay. I ate super salty foods yesterday and I know this isn't a true reflection of what's going on. My pants feel looser, at least! My 153 goal for this round seems less likely bu the day, but there are still 7 days left. A lot can happen.
03/27 155.6. All right, as long as I don't gain, this means I'm basically maintaining what I've lost so far. Still down more than 2 lbs, and more importantly, I'm feeling better than I have in a while about my ability to stick with something. I have to admit, knowing I'm posting here every day makes a difference! I clearly need this level of accountability.
03/28 154.8 Yay, moving back down again (even after yesterday's cheeseburger). This weighing every day thing is a real mindjob. Up, down, down, way up, stall... it's so helpful to see others' 10-day logs and notice similar patterns, and so encouraging to see the longer trends of true weight loss for those of you who've been at this for a while. I love that there are a couple of maintainers in this group, too! The struggle doesn't necessarily end, but you get to carry on in a lighter, more fit body. I can deal with that! Okay, 5 MORE DAYS to stay within my calorie limit, drink tons of water, and maybe even fit in some light exercise.
03/29 156. Arggghh...I dunno. I'm staying at or just over/under calories, drinking plenty of water.
03/30 153.8 Well, I couldn't even complete my log yesterday because I was under calories (only managed 900 because I wasn't feeling well). So I'm not celebrating this number because I obviously can't stick with so few calories every day, if that's what it takes. However, it's another accidental data point in this journey: keeping calories variable is perhaps more effective (this includes an occasional bump up in calories, too!).
03/31 154.4 Well, I couldn't even complete my log yesterday because I was under calories (only managed 900 because I wasn't feeling well). So I'm not celebrating this number because I obviously can't stick with so few calories every day, if that's what it takes. However, it's another accidental data point in this journey: keeping calories variable is perhaps more effective (this includes an occasional bump up in calories, too!).
04/01 156 Thank goodness there's still another day in this round! I was surprised to see this number because if I had to go by how I feel, I would guess I was down significantly. Or at least, enough to feel like I'm getting closer to feeling my hipbones again! I'm thinking the scale is tricking me because it was such a high sodium day yesterday- in fact, I even had to quit eating my salad with bacon dressing (one of those prepared single-serving salad kits) because it was so overwhelmingly salty. So no, I didn't gain 1.4 pounds of fat yesterday.
04/02 153 I made my goal weight! Amazing. I was under calories yesterday (only 1000 instead of 1200) because I just couldn't bring myself to stuff in even more food at the end of the night, but I honestly think (hope!) this number has more to do with my pattern of eating over several days.

03/24--213.4 Not sure why the jump on the scale. I ran my 5k this morning! It was a lot better than I thought it would be since during my c25k training I had only ran at most 3.0km. Now I need to get ready to start my training for a 10k in June. After the 5k I had plan to rest/relax for the rest of the day, but I will go out for a walk later this afternoon to help with any soreness. I have a massage booked for Tuesday, so that should help with any residual soreness.
03/25--214.2 Jump due to soreness from the 5k. I plan on relaxing today. Trainer tomorrow.
03/26--212.5 I knew there would be a drop on the scale when I woke up this morning and didn't feel sore anymore. Tonight is the trainer and then a massage.
03/27--212.0 After talking to my nutritionist we decided that hard cheese would be the next food I would incorporate into my diet to test my sensitivity to it. Well, on Sunday I had hard cheese with all of my meals and then yesterday I could tell that something wasn't right with my stomach when I felt bloated for most of the day and did not have my regular BM. So, hard cheese is out. Ugh! Yoga tonight.
03/28--212.5
03/29--211.2 I forgot to check in yesterday. Had a hard workout with the trainer yesterday and he is so impressed in how much stronger I am getting. Plan is to go for a run tonight and start training for my 10k in June, but it may start raining later and I hate running on treadmill, so we'll see.
03/30--211.5 Went for a 2 mile run today with the dog...it was great. I usually go to the gym on Saturday, but I didn't want to get up early to get to the gym before it gets busy, so I went for a run instead and will go to the gym tomorrow morning. Going out with hubby later to buy new running shoes. Plan is to do some decluttering today.
03/31--210.7 Went to the gym and did my weightlfting. Going out for a long walk with the dog later today and will do somemore decluttering.
04/01--211.2 Starting my 10k training today. Weather is supposed to be perfect so that will be good.
04/02--210.9 Ran 2.5 miles yesterday...new running shoes felt great. Pulled out a pair of pants from my skinny clothes container and wore them to work today. Trainer tonight.

Day/Weight/Comment
03/24 187.4 this morning after an evening off yesterday. Lowest weight last week was 186.8 on Thursday, would love to see that tomorrow morning for my official weekky weigh in.....!
03/25 - 186.8 (-0.6) and, back to my lowest weight so far, would love to see a new low tomorrow!
Yesterday I wasn't perfect with my food but drank lots of water and did 16000 steps including a round of couch to 5 k.
Today, I'm out of the house from 9 to 8.30pm for work.... lunch and snacks are packed, but i don't see how I'll manage 10k steps.... let's see if I can surprise myself!
03/26 - 185.8 (-1) wasn't expecting that after just 5000 steps yest and no time to think about water etc. But, I'm taking it! C25K jog done this morning, shower now when brekkie lunch box and to work for an 11.5 hour day again, I will stay on plan!
03/27 - 185.0 (-0.8) happy happy! Below my low weight of last May now.... And so keen to keep on going! Another 11 hour day at work.... what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, now it's time for coffee!
03/28 - 185.4(+0.4) was always going to happen and little ups are just fine. Going to focus on my water today as Thursday is a bit of a treat night. I don't work Fridays so it is my Friday night! Don't want to ruin my hard work of the beginning of the week though so will try and stay in control! I'd love to be in the 184s for my 'official weigh in next Monday......
03/29 185.6 - yesterday I over ate on a pack of choc covered rice cakes before bed and also had a planned gnt. I'm tired, but today I will hopefully have time to focus on my water and make good choices today.... weekends are my nemesis and because I have split offs mine can end up being Friday to Monday. But, this challenge is going to help me to keep control:) happy Friday everyone!
03/30 - 185.8, slowly creeping the wrong way with only myself to blame! Yesterday I didn't eat enough for brekkie or lunch so then had way too many bad snacks in the aft/Eve. Tonight there will be wine but I'm still hoping I can stay under 186 by some miracle and then start heading down again!
03/31 186.0- I'm happy with that! Now to focus today and for the week!jog done this morning and overnight oats eaten. Today I will be planning for the week and being organised so I can get into 184s and below next week I hope!
04/01 186.4 - meh. Right it's Monday morning, I need to focus again.
04/02 186.2 - struggled yesterday and today. I'm exhausted and over worked so finding focusing on my eating etc hard.
I think today is the final day and I'm ending 1.2 down..... I'll take that and aim for another one in the next week before I go holidaying for a while!8 -

Day/Weight/Comment
03/24 173.4 We’re going to do church this morning, then do family pictures and possibly going out to eat after. It’s going to be a great day!
03/25 174.8 Yesterday was a pretty good day. Even if the morning was jam packed. I did manage to squeeze in a short cardio workout. We did go out to eat after pictures so I'm guessing that's what this little bump back up is about. My son says "We're eating out again!? Why can't we just eat at home?" It made me laugh! We don't eat out often and we've managed to do it three times in one week. And it made me feel kind of good that he'd rather eat at home. 😊
03/26 174.6
03/27 175.2 Hmm weight is creeping up. I ate a little higher sodium yesterday. But drank lots of water. Also got in a short walk.
03/28 173.4 This past week/month at work has been nuts! Can flu season be over already? I did get in an upper body Fitness Blender workout after work and really focused on relaxing.
03/29 172.6 A new low! To be honest I was a little surprised. I’ve been within calories, but work has been stressful. And sometimes when I’m stressed I hold water.
Hubby has been out of town this past week but he’s going to be back tonight! It’ll be so nice to have him back! 🙂
03/30 172.6 Stayed the same and I'm cool with that!
03/31 172.4 I was almost a little surprised by this this morning. Don't know why. I'm just chugging along!
04/01 172.4 Happy April! It feels like the first few months have flown by!
I worked this weekend and I got in a nice walk yesterday evening. Today In looking forward to getting in a lower body kettlebell workout after work. Have a great day!
04/02 172.2 Well cool! Ending this challenge with a loss! I’m pretty excited about it.
I did get in that lower body kettlebell workout yesterday evening and it was a little tougher than I anticipated but I got through it! Today I’m off and I’m just grocery shopping and I’m meeting my Mom for coffee. See you in the next round!9
