Hi everyone, I am back for another round. So I am still floating around the low 150's, still waiting for that whoosh to get me into the elusive 140's. This round ends on a Friday and only has 1 weekend in it, so it should go well. No out of town events or anything crazy happening the next couple of weeks, so would love to get some real progress done in the next 10 days, but we will see. My body loves the 150's so much it doesn't want to let go for anything, lol. My goal this round is 149 anything, same as the last 2 rounds. Good luck everyone, glad to see that you are all coming back!
04/02 - 150.4 ended the last round just a couple of ounces away from the new decade, but still not there. Maybe round 73 will be my round!
04/03 - 149.6 yyyeeeaahhh!!! I finally made it back here. It has taken some work though. Did well yesterday, did have a alcoholic drink once I got home last night, but other than that no bread and no sweets. Now just to continue to stay in this decade and not go back up. I officially only have 9.6 pounds left to lose. I am in single digits, lol.

I know Iβm a bit late to the game but this is my first time trying a 10 day challenge. Since Iβve started college Iβve let my mental health and eating go to crap. I notice my mood gets way better as I eat better. So this week I am trying to focus on cutting out refined foods and sugars.

Excited to try my first 10 day challenge! My goal this time is to cut down on alcoholic drinks, as those are what tend to destroy my daily calorie goal.
I'm 5'4", and weight 196.1 lbs. Goal is to get back to around 130 or so.

Apr 3 - 179.8 - II am struggling to stay disciplined and determined. I lost my job in December and the stress is starting to get to me. I am hoping with the nicer weather we are expected to have this round that I will feel better about getting out and walking.

4/3-164-Iβve been walking 7 miles a day and then am tired and hungry. I made hard boiled eggs and baked chicken yesterday so I could grab quick protein. I am really glad to have a new round!!!!

Try taking a snack out with you such as a low calorie cereal bar and eat it half way round your walk BEFORE you get hungry, you might find it helps prevent the hangryness xx.8 -

04/03 232.6 . Whole family is working on our sleep hygiene. Think benefits for me could be reduced stress and fatigue which lead to emotional eating. Went to bed early last night but did not sleep well. Have a habit of stopping for a 32 oz iced tea on the way home from work and this is likely sabotaging my sleep quality.

Hi. My name is Trina. I've been mostly in since round 54, with a break for travel to NYC, appendicitis, and spring break. We spent spring break in Utah, day hiking in the national parks and logged 60 miles over 8 days. On vacation, I ate protein for breakfast, a reasonable lunch, a bit of gorp while hiking, corn chips after hiking (for the salt) and a large but protein & veggie heavy dinner. I didn't log, but mostly paid attention to what I ate. Happy to say that all the hiking meant I still ended up with a bit of a loss. I have about 10 pounds left to my current ultimate goal weight. Still hoping to get a bit leaner! We can do this!!!

04/03 186.0 - need to stay focused today and get back out of the 186's tomorrow and then start heading down again! So tired this week, didn't run again this morning but hoping to finish work at a sensible time and Go this Eve!
04/04 186.6 - meh, had a really nice jog/walk interval session last night but then ate too many 'treats..... instead of pre holiday focus I've already taken my eye off the ball! I need to find 185 before Tuesday, come on!

I think I've fallen off the wagon slightly recently. I've stopped going to the gym because of other commitments and my eating has been more random, though still within calories. This round I want to focus on staying active, drinking plenty of water and being mindful of eating more healthily.
Goal for this round 150lbs. This is my first official mfp goal weight and represents 10% body weight lost since starting so it's a big goal and maybe slightly ambitious!
3/4 152.2 (+0.6) ok this is a good starting weight as I have been swinging above and below this number for a few days.
4/4 153.8 (+2.2) so everything I set as my goal yesterday didn't happen! Lazy day, not enough water and ate random snacky stuff all day! Pretty sure my system is being sluggish today so I won't worry too much but I defo need to try harder!

In for my 6th round, they seem to just fly by. In the beginning no matter how well I did with calories and my exercise I put a pound on, this was disappointing because I was not over eating. Finally started the right direction again which was very pleasing. So hang in there, it will happen in time.
I have one goal, and it is to be 201 by Easter (goal is from another group I am involved in).

04/04 β 207.6 I am not sure what happened here, but making no excuses. I have it figured, I was within my calories but over in carbs, so that is where the weight fluctuation is. Now to work this off.
