I think I've fallen off the wagon slightly recently. I've stopped going to the gym because of other commitments and my eating has been more random, though still within calories. This round I want to focus on staying active, drinking plenty of water and being mindful of eating more healthily.
Goal for this round 150lbs. This is my first official mfp goal weight and represents 10% body weight lost since starting so it's a big goal and maybe slightly ambitious!
3/4 152.2 (+0.6) ok this is a good starting weight as I have been swinging above and below this number for a few days.
4/4 153.8 (+2.2) so everything I set as my goal yesterday didn't happen! Lazy day, not enough water and ate random snacky stuff all day! Pretty sure my system is being sluggish today so I won't worry too much but I defo need to try harder!

In for my 6th round, they seem to just fly by. In the beginning no matter how well I did with calories and my exercise I put a pound on, this was disappointing because I was not over eating. Finally started the right direction again which was very pleasing. So hang in there, it will happen in time.
I have one goal, and it is to be 201 by Easter (goal is from another group I am involved in).

Seem to have been getting nowhere. Have lost 8lb since the start of the year but just been going up and down the last few rounds and getting very frustrated. Seems so much harder than last time - something needs to change but I have to find out what and how. In my head I am blaming peri-menopause (everything is a bit hit and miss and irregular these days!!) but is that an excuse rather than a reason ?
From a motivation point of view, I so need to get under 150 and stay there - summer and my holiday is getting closer so need to get closer ...... so target for this round is 149lb a 1.6lb loss - aiming for slow and steady
I do have 10 clear days to get focused............3,2,1,go!!!!

Last year I was in a really bad place with my mental health and always had in my head to stay in the 9 stone area in my 40s well that didn't happen but I can and will do my best to make it this year even if it is only just in the 9 stone area! 04/03 94.1kg bit of a drop, caused by a lack of dinner as i was sat in a hairdresser's chair! So I ended up having a hot cross buns for dinner!
04/04 94.7 bounce up was expected! Yesterday was a complete write off. I'm really struggling with things in my life at the moment, and the fact that I can't change things to improve the situation I'm in… so of course I ate a whole pack of mini battenburgs and a pack of biscuits! Ithen intended to get up to go for a run, but forgot to set my alarm! Had thought about not weighing or posting but this is a “warts-n-all” journey, not the Pinterest ready version of my life!
