Hi everyone, I am back for another round. So I am still floating around the low 150's, still waiting for that whoosh to get me into the elusive 140's. This round ends on a Friday and only has 1 weekend in it, so it should go well. No out of town events or anything crazy happening the next couple of weeks, so would love to get some real progress done in the next 10 days, but we will see. Ended the last round at 150.4, my body loves the 150's so much it doesn't want to let go for anything, lol. My goal this round is 149 anything, same as the last 2 rounds. 04/03 - 149.6 yyyeeeaahhh!!! I finally made it back here. It has taken some work though. Did well yesterday, did have an alcoholic drink once I got home last night, but other than that no bread and no sweets. Now just to continue to stay in this decade and not go back up. I officially only have 9.6 pounds left to lose. I am in single digits, lol.
04/04 - 148.8 What in the **** is going on. I can't believe I had another drop. I hit 150 something on 3/13 and could not budge from that number. Now I have had 2 nice drops on the scale in 2 days. I'm taking it and hoping to stay the course. I have officially lost 30 pounds as of today. I started trying to lose weight in July of 2018 and it has taken me a little longer than I thought it would. My initial time frame was 5 - 6 months to lose the whole 40 pounds I wanted to lose. 9 months and 30 pounds later I am still not at goal weight, but I am getting closer. Pretty much my average monthly weight loss is just over 3 pounds instead of the 6-8 I was striving for. Oh well, I finally made it to the 30 pound mark, so I am going to pat my self on the back and keep trucking. It's so funny because last week I was so frustrated and overwhelmed with the lack of progress I almost gave up. I'm glad I didn't and kept pushing my self. Somebody posted a couple of weeks ago that they actually weighed what their drivers license said they did, so I looked at mine. Well I put 150, which was obviously not the truth, but I actually weigh less than that now. No alcohol, bread, or sweets yesterday and staying on plan for today. My hubby and I do have date night with another couple planned, but I said I would drive (that way I have the perfect excuse not to drink any extra calories tonight). I love a good beer or cocktail on date night, but I will sacrifice the next couple of weeks to get where I want to be.

04/04 148.8 ~ (Steps 17,979) ~ Yesterday was a tough day after lunch, I just couldn’t focus on getting my goals accomplished. On the bright side I was able to get a short walk in the evening. Also I’m managing NOT to eat AFTER between 5 or 6pm. Plus reducing my carb intake to about 20%. Day 2 successful

04/03 153 Off to a strong start! Yesterday I ate well, though I continue to struggle with meeting my protein goal of 60 grams. I'm always under. It's hard on just 1200 calories! How much that affects my fat loss, I don't know. Tomorrow I predict I'll be up by a few due to fast food meals with a lot of sodium...
04/04 153.6 I'll focus on the positive first: I made my step goal yesterday. Don't laugh when you read this- I did 2000 steps. You read that right. I have mobility issues and I'm usually at 1000 or less, so this was an accomplishment for me! Now for the negative...oh, wait, it's not as bad as I predicted! Only up by 0.6 lbs. Whew!

4/3 161.8 First day back on track officially, thanks to my husband for leading the way. It's been an emotional 2019 but I can only control myself and only change myself, so here goes! It took me 4 months last time to lose 15 lbs, lets make this even better. I know the cycle doesn't start until tomorrow, but I am tired of postponing so here I am right now.
4/4 161.8 Have my day planned out, started with a 20 minute meditation, then walked the dogs with my child. Ate breakfast and logged it, will have a light lunch and early dinner. Yesterday was an emotional throw in the towel day but I'm back on track today.

4/3 - 182.0 - Was home with a sick kiddo so my whole workout schedule got pushed out and I have to work out after work instead of at lunch, but I'm not skipping any of my workouts!! lifted weights last night and yoga/pilates class tonight!
4/4 - 182.6 - Stayed within my calories, but I ate late bc of yoga. Yoga class and dog walk. Last week I had an uptick after this as well. Also focusing on drinking my water today.

04/03 232.6 . Whole family is working on our sleep hygiene. Think benefits for me could be reduced stress and fatigue which lead to emotional eating. Went to bed early last night but did not sleep well. Have a habit of stopping for a 32 oz iced tea on the way home from work and this is likely sabotaging my sleep quality.
04/04 232.1 Didn't have any caffeine yesterday! Wasn't feeling well last night. Think I have a recurring ulcer.

04/04: 188.6 Last month around the same time, I stayed the same for about a week. I kinda wonder if it's because I'm ovulating. The timing would be about right, but I don't track my cycle. I'm still doing in a deficit, so here's to hoping it's just ovulation!

I think daily tracking has taught me exactly the same. I always thought tom was the time to gain/maintain but for me i think it may well ve ovulation time that I just stop losing, and so get frustrated!10 -

04/03 - 190.9 Being very careful with portion sizes. I feel like that is what gets me in trouble the most. I’ll eat something healthy, but eat too much. I’m getting in the habit of checking to see if I’m truly hungry before eating everything on my plate.

04/03 205.1 (5416 steps but no exercise) Okay this is a good # to start a horse show on. Hopefully we'll see a lower # by Monday morning. I zoomed around the house last night trying to get things all packed, car cleaned out, then packed again, and still get to bed at a decent hour. The night before heading for a show is like Christmas Eve. It was after midnight before my mind settled down. It's going to be LONG, HARD days and not much sleep. I'll try to check in each night before bed.
04/04 DNW (@Horse Show) 5030 steps. Wednesday was a good day except dinner. I got to the show and treated myself to Arby’s gyro and large fries. I figure I am going to burn it all off over the weekend.

04/03/19: Today’s weight is 170.4, the exact same weight as yesterday, and the day before that. Continuing to look for ways to cut calories and sneak in some additional exercise. I’m beginning to feel like I’m plateauing again. I just want to get out of the 170’s for good. Yesterday I came in at 1,224 calories, then burned an additional 380 calories on the elliptical and strength training. I was really hungry by lunch time today.
04/04/19: 171.2. Not sure what’s going on and why I’m almost a whole pound heavier this morning, but it is what it is. Met my calorie goal today.

04/03--211.6 Great workout with trainer yesterday. Yoga tonight. I'm also supposed to go out and do a 2 mile run, but there is rain in the forecast and I hate running on a treadmill...whether I go out for a run will be a last minute decision.

04/03 76.2 mid week blip. Think I'm getting some food inside me after a weekend without. I'm not worried as I'm keeping in the green so it will come off.

04/05 75.6kg ran my fastest 5k this morning. Heading out for a vacation next week and my goal is to not gain. Food will be difficult as its a bit wilderness with nearest grocery 50km away. But I'll keep on Keto and no booze which is my downfall.

Context: I'm 5'4", as of 4/1 I weighed 198.6 lbs. Ultimate goal is to get back to around 130 or so, but for this challenge I'd love to hit 195 or lower.

4/03- 196.1 lbs. Feeling good so far! The weather is finally warming up, so I can start going on walks again, which is great because I'm on a budget and gyms are expensive.
4/04- 195.7 lbs. My TOM started last night, so I woke up this morning feeling super bloated and gross, but actually ended up feeling a lot better after working out a bit. The small weight drop certainly didn't hurt either. Otherwise still feeling pretty good!

Starting to feel better. As I predicted, my appetite is back with a vengeance. I haven't exercised since Saturday, feels very strange. Plan to work out tomorrow.
Another big loss, we'll see if there is some bounce back tomorrow since I ate more today.

04/05 - 95.5 and 9,900 steps. Realised I have less then 3k steps on the way back from work. Had to take a 5km evening walk just to barely get over step count.
