So dang proud of myself. This work/school thing is tougher than I remember, but no LNS.

Got in 3 miles on the treadmill this morning, too! That makes 10 work days in a row where I got up early to either run or cycle. Woohoo!

I drink 12 grams of protein, eat 2 squares of 86% cacao dark chocolate and 2 tbsps of PB Fit every night about 30 minutes prior to bed (my treat to myself), and I'm down 32 lbs. My technique is scheduling out all of my meals for an entire week and spreading out my calories/macro across 6 meals, which I eat in 2.5-3 hour intervals: 8am -> 11 am -> 2 pm -> 5 pm -> 8pm -> 11pm. I'm normally in bed at 1130 pm. I'll change up the times if I start my day later or earlier, but so far this is working for me after several trial and error iterations to control my portions.
