04/03 – 185.4 – Still staying at 185. I’ll take a long walk today and just keep plugging away.
04/04 – 185.4 – Actually surprised with this because I went over calories and had 2 margaritas last night. I did get in a long walk though. Back on track today.
04/05 – 185.4 – stuck at this number. I know it isn’t always going to go down. Did have a long walk, so I exercised 3 times this week so far.
04/06 – 184.1 – YEA! Finally movement! I just have to keep with it. My daughter-in-law even mentioned that I had lost weight yesterday. Hopefully going to get a long walk in today, between rain.
04/07 – 183.6 – I hope the scale is right. I weight several times and got different numbers. I didn’t take the long walk yesterday because it was raining all day, but I did stay below my calories.
04/08 – 184.6 – well, still below 185. No walk yesterday and busy week this week.
04/09 – 185.0 – darn. I did get in a walk but also ate the extra calories.
04/10 – 183.9 – that’s a whole lot better. Even when the numbers go up and down, as long as I keep working, the trend will be downward. 😊 I did get in a walk yesterday. I started once and before I got far it started raining, but I made it back out later.
04/11 – 185.4 – I’m very disappointed. I went over my calories a little yesterday and had a glass of wine. Motivation for me to be very good today to hopefully finish the round off below where I started.
04/12 – 184.1 – I am thinking my scale might be acting up. I’m going to try a new battery. Regardless, I’m happy with the round. At least I have a loss. On to Round 73.

04/07 - 141.5 - I took advantage of the catered lunch yesterday at the office, then I got home so late from work, we ended up ordering pizza for supper. I'm still fine with this weight though and will try to eat more healthy today.

In for my 6th round, they seem to just fly by. In the beginning no matter how well I did with calories and my exercise I put a pound on, this was disappointing because I was not over eating. Finally started the right direction again which was very pleasing. So hang in there, it will happen in time.
I have one goal, and it is to be 201 by Easter (goal is from another group I am involved in).

04/04: 188.6 Last month around the same time, I stayed the same for about a week. I kinda wonder if it's because I'm ovulating. The timing would be about right, but I don't track my cycle. I'm still eating at a deficit, so here's to hoping it's just ovulation!
04/05: 187.8 A slight drop! I'll take it!

Ending weight round 72 - 145.3
UGW - somewhere in the mid-130's. Will see what's attainable when I get in the 130's
Goal for round 73 - drop 1 pound. I know the big drop in round 72 was a lot of bloat/water weight since it was my first one. I want to lose at a realistic pace for my current weight. 1 lb every 10 days is sustainable and I have a better chance of keeping it off.
4/3 - 146.2. Well, that stinks. Starting the challenge up. Wins yesterday - squeezed in a weight lifting session even though I didn’t think I would have time (traveled yesterday). Lots of areas for improvement though. Went over my calorie goal thanks to eating out and TOM cravings. Didn’t drink enough water. Goal for today - do not graze all day! I’m working from home and tend to eat all day since I’m close to the kitchen and no one else is home.
4/4 - 146.6 UGH. Wins yesterday - 45 min bodycombat class and long dog walk. That's about it. Didn't drink enough water, had a mini-binge late afternoon. Not a full on binge as I've been known to do, but enough that I went well over my calorie goal. I don't know if it's the restriction/binge cycle popping back up (full disclosure - I've had that issue in the past which is why I took a long break from MFP. After a few weeks of tracking I see it as a restriction and I rebel and binge), or if it's TOM issues, or a little of both. I'm working in the office today so hopefully I'll stick to the food I brought to work. No temptation of my own kitchen like yesterday. Will work on hydration and not bingeing today.
4/5 - 145.9 back in the right direction at least but still over last round’s ending weight. makes me nervous heading into the weekend but I hope it motivates me to focus. Wins yesterday: 45 min RPM class, long dog walk, hydrated well, did not binge, slept well. Area for improvement today - stay within calorie goal. Proud of no bingeing but I was over calorie goal a bit. Working from home again today so I need to stay away from the kitchen.
4/6 - 145.5. Trending down again so that’s good. I’m surprised actually. Wins yesterday - Zumba and a dog walk, hydrated well, slept well. I went over calories and snacked more than I should (which is why I’m surprised the number went down!). I’m going out to dinner with friends tonight. Goal is to not go overboard. Keep up with calories and water intake the rest of the day so dinner doesn’t push me too far over.
4/7 - 144.4. Hello whoosh! Surprised since I went out to dinner last night. But I stayed on plan. Wins yesterday: super hard HIIT class (cardio and weights), didn’t overdo it at a restaurant last night, enjoyed time with friends. Don’t think I drank enough water.
4/8 - 144.0. Pleasantly surprised at another drop! Lowest weight I’ve been in over a year. Wins yesterday: hydrated well, long dog walk and a yoga class, tracked all food. Goal today is to have another day like that where I fully track and stay conscious of my food choices.
4/9 144.4. Back up a little, not horrible but sad to see a little uptick. Wins yesterday: 4.4 mile run (ran for time instead of distance, so 40 minutes), pretty good hydration, got a decent night's sleep, tracked all my food. Areas for improvement: could hydrate better. And most importantly, I snacked too much and went over my calorie goal. The fatigue of tracking and that "restriction" feeling is hitting me this morning so I'm working through. I'm telling myself how much better I feel after losing these few pounds over the last month and that it will all be worth it.
4/10 - 144.2. Wins yesterday: HIIT class and a long dog walk, hit right at my calorie goal for the day. Thought I hydrated well, but I woke up really thirsty this morning so maybe not as good as I thought. Will work on more water today. I'm a little stressed about work, and I'm working from home today, so will also work on not going to the kitchen as stress kicks up.
4/11 - 144.6. Wins yesterday: slow/easy recovery run and a dog walk. Hydrated well. Tracked, was close to calorie goal only over by a small amount. Slept well. I had steak for dinner, not a huge portion but about 30 min after dinner my stomach started hurting and I was very bloated. Noticeably bloated, my stomach was bigger than normal and felt hard to the touch. I've had this before but never really bothered to try to figure out what caused it. Now that I'm tracking and paying attention, I guess it's red meat? I don't know if the small uptick this morning has anything to do with that bloating or it's just a regular fluctuation, I'm mainly typing this out here so when I go back to read I'll remember that certain foods cause issues. I'm not sure if I'll meet my 1 lb loss goal by tomorrow but I'm happy with the fact I've hung out in the 144's for several days at least.
4/12 -143.7. Yay! Happy to have met my goal. The uptick yesterday was probably the bloating. Wins yesterday: 45 min RPM class, dog walk. Hydrated well. Avoided most of the foods at a neighborhood gathering, I was really thinking of the weigh-in and didn't want to have anything too salty . Happy for a successful round!12 -

R73 was a VERY successful round for me. I surpassed my weight loss goal (lost 5.8 lb vs projected 4 lb), lowered my body fat %, and increased my muscle mass %. A very productive 10 days. Thanks to all of you who supported me. Onward (and downward) to R74!

Second round! I'm keeping my same goals of tracking at least 10,000 steps a day on my Fitbit, going to the gym or working out at home when I have it scheduled on my calendar, and averaging a little under my calorie goals to fit in unexpected treats and/or beers. I'm aiming for a 2 lb. loss again as well.

04/03 187.2 lb Big drop mostly fueled by a busy schedule and little appetite. I missed going to the gym in favor of taking the dog for a longer walk and giving myself a little bit of down time before rehearsal. 11,906 steps were tracked and I'm drinking TONS of water and tea. We're getting take-out for dinner, so I won't be surprised to maintain this weight or see a gain tomorrow morning.
04/04 187.2 lb 12,636 steps were tracked and I came to the conclusion that taking time to change into my walking shoes from my work shoes makes a BIG difference on how far I'm willing to walk my dog. Calories were pretty good, but I needed to guess how many calories were in our dinner, so I'm sure it's off in terms of calories and sodium. The cluttered schedule continues with rehearsals for a different ensemble until 6:00pm and then I need to catch up on some bookkeeping and payroll for the wind ensemble I play in.
04/05 185.4 lb Another drop, but I'm pretty sure it's from some stress I've been feeling at work. 16,174 steps were tracked and calories were way under. I have a workout scheduled on my calendar for this afternoon and then we have opening night for Chicago. The kids are going to be great!
04/06 186.2 lb No workout yesterday. I thought I needed a nap before yesterday's show and twenty minutes turned into two hours. 😂 I tracked 11,197 steps and kept within my calorie goals. We went out for breakfast this morning and I had an acai bowl, croissant, and coffee. I'm planning on cleaning the house and taking the dog for a nice long walk before tonight's show.
04/07 184.4 lb 11,749 steps were tracked and I met my calorie goals. Minor NSV: I turned down some chocolate chip cookies because I knew I was going to have a beer with dinner. More dog walking and cleaning planned for today and we have our final matinee this afternoon.
04/08 185.6 lb I could have definitely had more water yesterday. I meal prepped lunches for the week with rosemary chicken salads ready to go in the fridge. I tracked 11,203 steps and only went over my calories by less than 100 because I wanted some chocolate after dinner. Two small pieces and I was satisfied. I'm looking forward to a busy day with my last after school class on "differentiated instruction" and our last jazz band rehearsal until April vacation.
04/09 184.4 lb Just barely made my step goal with 10,601 steps. Calories looked good and I drank a bunch of water and tea. I'm planning on fitting in Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred today after work and before a budget meeting. After that, the dog gets her nails trimmed and gets a good walk. The boyfriend is providing dinner tonight, so I'm keeping lunch light and loading up on water and tea because he likes to get take-out. I'd like to see this weight show up again (or maybe see something a little lower!) tomorrow.
04/10 184.4 lb Looking good! Dinner was tacos, chips, and one beer. 12,829 steps were tracked and I did level one from the 30 Day Shred. I'm at school today until 5:30-6:00 with the Pep Band playing at a Unified Track Meet and then I go to pub trivia with the family, so I won't get home until 9:30. Dinner is either going to be leftovers from Sunday when I get home or a smoothie from the juice bar in town before the track meet. We'll see how I feel this afternoon.
04/11 183.2 lb Lowest low in over a year! I tracked 13,234 steps and almost made my calorie goals. Dinner was mostly beer (2 pints and 4 tasters!), some soup, and corn chips. I'm at school until 5:00 today, then I pick up the pup from daycare and we're demolishing our leftovers for dinner.
04/12 184.6 lb Great round! 13,035 steps were tracked and I came in under my calorie goals. I'm planning on going to the gym this afternoon and then spring break officially starts! I lost 3.8 lbs during this round and am looking forward to Round 74!14 -

04/05 182.6 one of the pluses about having kids on the spectrum is that there are worries other parents have that you don't have. Yesterday DS turned 19, legal drinking age here. We had sushi, one glass of wine and some chocolate cake then we went for a long walk. So I burned off all the cake calories, and at the end of the night I knew where he was, safe and sound in his own home talking about video games with his brother.

04/03 205.1 (5416 steps but no exercise) Okay this is a good # to start a horse show on. Hopefully we'll see a lower # by Monday morning. I zoomed around the house last night trying to get things all packed, car cleaned out, then packed again, and still get to bed at a decent hour. The night before heading for a show is like Christmas Eve. It was after midnight before my mind settled down. It's going to be LONG, HARD days and not much sleep. I'll try to check in each night before bed.
04/04 DNW (@Horse Show) 5030 steps. Wednesday was a good day except dinner. I got to the show and treated myself to Arby’s gyro and large fries. I figure I am going to burn it all off over the weekend.
04/05 DNW (@Horse Show) 20,114 steps. Thursday was a long freaking day. We were busy from dawn to dusk. Eating was okay. I honestly forgot to eat for most today of the day.
04/06 DNW (@Horse Show) 28,857 steps. Friday was an even longer day at the show (4:30am to 10:30pm). I showed both horses and walked a lot! My feet are killing me. I did well on my eating, especially not snacking between meals.
04/07 DNW (@Horse Show) 12,633 steps. Saturday was a "slow" day as we only had 1 person showing but I still had a decent amount of walking and rode Spark. Problem with eating was the sausage "casserole" that Colleen made. I have NO CLUE how to record it. I'm not even sure I know what all was in it. I DID avoid the dirt cake dessert that Kelly made (the WHOLE weekend).
04/08 204.6, 17,990 steps. Sunday was the last day of the show. I showed both horses so my steps were up. I just realized that I really didn’t drink that much water the entire weekend (maybe 2 bottles per day). Thought the scale would be lower but, I will take it.
04/09 204.0, 3954 steps. Monday after a horse show is usually a VERY difficult day but this time it wasn't too bad. I didn't have as much pain as I thought I would (knees/back). I was able to stay within my calories for the day. No LNS seeing as I crawled in bed by 8pm. LOL I was whooped. (I was going to go to beginner's yoga after work but, forgot my workout clothes. Oops.) *Next Monday I am signed up.*
04/10 204.3, 5301 steps. Tuesday I had several medical appointments. Trying to determine WHY I haven't had much of a voice for the 4wks since I had that terrible double ear infection. My eating was good until bedtime. I grabbed 2 cookies as I went upstairs and that put me into the red. Should have gone outside and walked. It was nice but breezy. Would have been worth it but I was just exhausted after my long day.
04/11 204.4, 3411 steps. Wednesday was a busy, crazy day at work. I didn't get up from my desk much. I really wanted to go for a walk when I got home but it was too cold. Yes, I know that isn't an excuse. I could have bundled up. I got my steroid inhaler and have started using it so hopefully that helps my voice/chest b/c xrays were normal. Need to schedule an ENT consult next. (I have a condition called SARCOIDOSIS and I'm worried it's the reason I have no voice.) I went to bed around 7:30pm and next thing I knew my alarm was going off t 5:30am. I was whooped, again.
04/12 205.1, 7514 steps. Thursday was a glorious day! It was warm and the sun was shining. Becca and I went on a walk during our lunchbreak at work. We did about a mile, if I had to guess. But then I went out to eat with my 2 besties and then binged when I got home. I have no idea why but I just felt like going off the rails instead of going outside again to walk some more. I'm not complaining too much. I was down this round but I have been going up little by little the last 3 days. Need to stop that! On to round 74!!!12 -

04/03: 197.4 (A slight decrease, which is awesome! I did a core workout and made some vegetable soup with grilled cheese last night. I was so exhausted that I went to bed early. My energy level has been at a decline this week and I'm not sure why!)
04/04: 196.2 (This is a great drop! I haven't been this weight since November of 2015! I've restarted many many times, but at that time I went through a breakup in February of 2015 and lost wayyyy too much in an unhealthy way. I'm more motivated than ever and I hope it continues! Last night I did a 20 minute HIIT elliptical workout and ate some Cuban chicken, black beans and rice!)
04/05: 194.8 (I’m literally in shock! I didn’t do a workout last night and had steak with rice and peas for dinner. We also went to a celebration of life and I had a tiny bit of treats but nothing too crazy. I lost 1.8 pounds since last Friday and I’m thinking I’ve been overestimating calories? We’ll see if this trend continues since I have it set to 1.5 pounds a week.)
04/06: 196.2 (I did a 45 minute elliptical workout yesterday and I had a Chipotle vegetarian bowl that I’m regretting for lunch yesterday. Oh man that red spicy salsa!! Anyway, the hubby and I went on a date night last night to our favorite Mexican restaurant by our house. I saved half my dinner like I always do! The gain was expected. Even though I’m Mexican, those beans still bloat me up no matter what 😂)
04/07: 198.0 (Oh man! What a gain this weekend. I was on plan but I’ve been saving all my calories for the weekends and these gains are expected. I’m back to lower calories today. Last night I went to Panera for dinner and had soup and salad and did a 30 minute strength training workout!)
04/08: 198.0 (Okay body, that's enough! Haha I worked out yesterday for 45 minutes on the elliptical and I hardly sat down yesterday taking care of things around the house. It was the first time since October we tried using the AC at home and it broke! That gave me some extra sweat as we were waiting for the technician to come over! lol....so I made chicken rice soup for dinner last night but for some reason as I was cooking it, my mind was thinking about a PB&J sandwich and I had that instead with a little bit of soup.)
04/09: 196.2 (The weekend weight is dropping off thank goodness. I had a weird day yesterday. I went to the gym yesterday and it was one of the first warmer days since last year and the gym's AC was not working properly. I could hardly breathe! The shortness of breath continued and I stepped off the elliptical after 10 minutes because I didn't want to pass out. I then went home and did a core workout in the comforts of my own (now working) AC. I made chicken parm yesterday with some pasta for dinner!)
04/10: 194.8 (What a relief! I lost the weekend weight and I have 2 more days before our final day on this challenge. I would say that's a plus! Last night I did a 45 minute elliptical workout with 15 of those minutes a HIIT workout. For dinner I made a chicken parm sandwich.)
04/11: 195.6 (TOM is coming!! It should be here any day and I think this may be why I have an increase. I was so exhausted yesterday, I did not get to do a workout and I went to bed at 8pm. That's super early for me! I think it's all because of TOM, but I may be wrong. I had oven roasted pork chops, potatoes and asparagus for dinner yesterday and kept it at a deficit. I hope to still see a loss this round!)
04/12: 194.2 (Oh I'm so glad it went down today! I did a HIIT elliptical workout and an upper body strength training workout as well. Dinner last night was some yummy spinach lasagna! 04/03 - 283.4 - I completed week 1, day 2 of Zombies, Run! couch to 5K training. I was able to do some longer runs on the free form run at the end; whereas on Monday I was so exhausted I just walked at the end. I have had a busy day. Food has been good, but a little short on breakfast.
04/04 - 282.6 - Yes! Day 2 of a drop. I will do some more walking later doing another episode of Zombies, Run! I had a good breakfast. I have changed up my apples for Halos. I tried a new flavor of yogurt this morning too. It was pretty good. Nutrition class was interesting. We talked about spices and what goes best with what. Looking forward to the rest of the day.
04/05 - 280.0 - WHOOSH! Well, now that was unexpected. Today is a fasting day, just two more after today. I will do an episode of Zombies, Run! later tonight after dinner. I walked to Transitions and back, but don't want to do too much without food in my stomach to keep my blood sugar from dropping too low.
04/06 - 280.0 - Holding steady. Walked in the park using Zombies, Ru! last night. I'm going to doing day 3 of week 1 of couch to 5K of Zombies, Run! 5K training today out in the park before the storms move in. I plan to also do some cleaning on my apartment today. Some other exercises I haven't decided on yet.
04/07 - 279 - Yay! I was glad to see this number. It's my official weigh-in day today so. I walked for an hour yesterday. After the episode for Zombies, Run! ended I kept going for another 20 minutes, just enjoying the music and the New Canton radio hosts banter (it's still part of the app). I completed day 3, week 1 of Zombies, Run! couch to 5K training yesterday as well. I felt very proud about that. I got like 14,000 steps by the end of the day.
04/08 - 281.2 - A fluctuation up. I'm not too worried about it. My sleep was off last night. I think I'm retaining a bit of water as well. Today is Week 2, Day 1 of couch to 5K using Zombies, Run! trainer, and I'm looking forward to it.
04/09 - 278.0 - I'm three pounds from my next major goal. It came up fast. I was able to acquire most of the groceries I need for the next week. The week after I'll have to dip into the pantry and that's a lot of processed foods. I don't know what it's going to do to my weight and diet.
04/10 - 278.4 - A small tick upwards. Just replaced the batteries in my scale, so kinda expected. Food and exercise was on point yesterday. Today is Week 2, Day 2 of Couch to 5k looking forward to it. Due to weather going to do it in the gym instead of the park. I've had a few symptoms of psychosis the last few days due to stress but doing better now.
04/11 - 279.2 - I don't trust this number given when I read the scale. It wasn't my usual time. Oh, well. Hopefully, tomorrow I will get a normal time to step on the scale. Food and exercise was on point yesterday. I have lots of walking planned for the day.
04/12 - 279.8 - Well, now. I woke up early again. I just snapped awake even after making an effort to stay up later to try and ensure I'd wake up later. So, my body wasn't finished processing the day before. So I don't know what to think about this number. Oh, well. It's just a number.

I am a 50 year old 5'5" woman. I am trying to get healthier to avoid diabetes and all of the problems that come from being overweight.
I have found this challenge to be both rewarding and frustrating! Looking at my weight daily has been a real eye opener to see all of the fluctuations and how a high carb day will affect me and the loss for 2-3 days after. I have been participating in this challenge since Round 40 My average loss/gain since Round 40 to 63 is a 0.5lb loss each round. This was better than I expected!

Apr 3 - 179.8 - II am struggling to stay disciplined and determined. I lost my job in December and the stress is starting to get to me. I am hoping with the nicer weather we are expected to have this round that I will feel better about getting out and walking.
Apr 4 - 182.4 - I need to get my head in the game again, right now I’m not even playing with shoes on! I have a doctors appointment today to see what is wrong with my rib, hopefully she’ll give me the cure I need for that and I can get back to it.
Apr 5 - 180.2 I have a viral infection that affects the cartridge that attaches to the ribs. I had this in January and apparently it can take up to a year to full get rid of. I didn’t realize it was the same thing as it’s in another area on my ribs. Healthier day yesterday, but still no exercise.

04/03 177.7 I have been around the same weight for more than 2 months. My exercise is better than it's ever been in my life. I haven't been over calories more than 3 or 4 days in that time period. It makes no sense to me. I feel like a fraud when people mention my weight loss. I want to scream yes, I was doing very well but now I'm seriously stuck. My stress level isn't particularly higher than any other time. I'm traveling a lot for work, but no more than I did last year. I'm getting as much sleep and water as I was before. Really I can't figure out what's changed. It's like I hit the midway point and my body said - nope this is good enough for you.
04/04 179.9 I know I didn't gain 2 pounds overnight. I did the circuit training for an hour, came home to work in the yard for an hour. I had a salad and a bowl of soup for dinner. My calorie goal is now 1640 and I came in at 1556. I didn't even hit my calorie goal much less eat back any workout calories. I've had a little cold for a week or so, maybe that's something. I woke up a little achy all over I wasn't sure if it was the cold or the yard work, which uses different muscles than the gym apparently. I felt like giving up when I saw that number this morning. To hell with it all, let's go get pancakes and bacon for breakfast. Instead I came to work and had oatmeal. I'll have a sensible sandwich and some veggies for lunch. Blah blah blah What's that they say about insanity... doing the same things over and over again expecting a different result.
EDIT: Obviously feeling sorry for myself. I apologize for the whining.
04/05 176.4 Three and a half pounds gone in one day. Whoosh! I am sorry I am such a downer lately, it's just so frustrating. I got some other news that might make a difference as well. The app I use, Mapmyfitness, updated the way they calculate calorie burns and it's considerably lower. I hope this makes a difference. Maybe speed things up. I got in 4 fast miles yesterday (fast for me 1:05). I've also been doing a plank challenge. Five minutes in 30 days. Last night was 40 seconds, tonight 50 seconds. I don't think it burns many calories but it can't hurt either.
04/06 174.2 Whoosh again! You know you’ve been retaining water when you lose 5.7 pounds in two days. I had a short walk yesterday and an hour in the yard. Winter did a number on my old trees; I had an estimate of $700 to clean it up. Instead I’ll clean it up and burn calories!!!
04/07 174.5 I’m happy with that. I worked in the yard for 4 hours yesterday, I was exhausted last night. Ate well within calories and had a good day. I was hoping to spend another couple of hours but it rained like crazy last night. It’s going to be too muddy to do much.
04/08 176.2 My sodium was in check yesterday though I ate at maintenance. I got in a 3.5 mile walk and assume this little jump will go away soon. I do have a four hour drive tomorrow, if the weather holds out I'll get a good walk on the pretty trail. Instead of going to the gym today I think I'm going to work in the yard. I don't have 4 hours of work left but I could probably get in 2 or 3 without too much trouble.
04/09 175.8 Back down a little. I did work in the yard for almost 2 hours but then had to run an errand and didn't get back to it. It's a beautiful beautiful day and I'm really looking forward to my walk along the river half way thru the drive. Happy sunny Tuesday to everyone.
04/10 Traveling No scale. Traveling this week so no scale and only restaurant food. As you guys have heard me whine about, I can keep the calories reasonably well but the sodium ruins me. I did take a short walk on the trail yesterday and did 30 minutes of water aerobics here at the hotel last night. It's beautiful in St Louis today, I should be able to get a walk in when I'm done with work. Just keep my head down and do the right thing as much as possible.
04/11 Traveling No scale
04/12 177.5 My body loves this weight so much it's just going to hang out there. I know it's water. My sodium was high yesterday and I was stuck in the car for 4 hours.12 -

4/3-164-I’ve been walking 7 miles a day and then am tired and hungry. I made hard boiled eggs and baked chicken yesterday so I could grab quick protein. I am really glad to have a new round!!!!
4/4-163-The extra protein helps, it was still daylight after dinner, so I walked 3 more miles. I am going to try riding my bike today. The weather was finally nice yesterday.
4/5-161-I walked 5 miles and rode my bike 5 miles. I need to mix in some upper body workouts. I like eating at home because I can eat so much more healthier. Lots of yard work to do this weekend....hopefully I’ll drink water instead of beer.
4/12-167-I was out of town all week and did not take my scale. Lots of wind, so no walking.
I am ready for the next round!!!!!! See you all there!!!
