Thank you and welcome. I’ve been at it for a year now but lost the majority of the weight the first 6 months. I continuously change my work out plan from 3 to 7 days a week. But I never ever have a cheat day. Because I forgo cheat days I haven’t had a craving for anything unhealthy in over 5 months!!Goalllzzzz wrote: »

18 months ago, a small and impulsive decision led me to begin my journey. I walked out of my optometrist’s office and started walking to my car... but then, as if I was being “guided”, I just turned around and walked down the street and into a gym and signed up on the spot. There was zero planning or forethought, but of course over time I had often thought that I was totally out of shape.
It has been a slow, slow journey... I am the tortoise in a world of hares. The path ahead remains only partly visible, but I will continue on the journey and trust that I am headed in the right direction.

About 50lbs down, just over two years. Slow, not so steady, and full of hurdles, but worth it seeing it.175 -
15lbs down from 152 to 137. My clothes are fitting me much better now! I still want to lose another 5 lbs at least and work on toning.

Nowt wrong with being a tortoise Certainly better than just standing still. Long may you continue with and enjoy the journey - you are looking well on it.42 -

If I had to guess:
1st pic someone else is taking the photo or it was taken with a timer
2nd pic he took himself with a mirror and we are seeing the opposite arm in the pic (so his tattoos are on the arm that didn’t make it into the frame)32 -
