Plantar Fasciitis and shin splints sidelined me for a while so I am way behind but I did manage to run a 10k this past weekend. Considering I have only run 6.2 miles one time before and hadn't run for three weeks leading up to the race, my only goal was to finish. I finished. I wasn't last. I had fun. That's all I could have asked for.

My RTY team hit their 2019 mile goal the end of April. Now I'm determined to reach it myself by years end.2

If I can keep up 200 miles a month, I'll get it done by year's end1 -

Thanks everyone for the kudos. We have 4 on our team and they have obviously been working hard.
@bethanie0825 ...you're on my team...what are you doing to get your 200 miles per month? I'm actually behind. I'll be hitting 500 miles soon. Just trying to get more motivated to kick it into high gear. I really want to reach the 2019 goal.1 -

I know, we're doing good!!!
So I work 12 hours shifts at a console; my console raises up so I do a ton of walking in place, at my console. I know it's not the same as moving forward while walking but I'm moving lol. Outside of work, as much hiking as I can get.0
