My husband is deployed for 6 months, leaving me with little kids to parent. My goals for while he is gone are to 1. maintain the ability to run 5km while he is gone, so running 2-3x a week. 2. Maintain my weight (currently working to lose the 3lbs I gained last month after maintaining/losing the first few months).9

To get to ONEderland. I only have a couple pounds to go, determined to make it this month.8

I'm about a pound and a half from losing 50lbs (and 50% of my goal). I just want to see that number.11

First to weigh less than my drivers license says (will need to be renewed in Jan. 2020) only 2 lbs away. Then to weigh less than when I got married (5 lbs away) then to weigh less than I did when my DD was born (15 lbs away) and finally in the short term, to weigh less than when I conceived her (25 lbs). Then it is the long hall to my goal weight--77 lbs from now.5

I want to be only overweight and not obese and that number is the same weight that I was when I first signed up here 5 years ago, but didn’t use the site. But it still shows up, so I’m doubly motivated to get to that number!3

I was just on maintenance for 2 weeks and my weight went up 5 lbs. Hoping its all water weight and I return to my original weight of 139 by the end of the week. Currently at 141.4 lbs...I'll be pretty sad if I failed at maintaining and actually gained...4

Just bought my first ever two-piece swimsuit and it's just a tad snug. Would love to have it fit better by memorial day, when I have a beach day with lots of friends5

Getting under 140, I thought I could get there by the end of May. Last Sat I was so excited to his 144 - but this morning it's back to 146.2. Somehow it just doesn't seem feasible for me to lose more than 1 lb a week (and some weeks I can't even hit that). I will celebrate the first time the scale hits 13- anything.5

My first half-marathon is scheduled for September 7th, and I plan to participate as long as my knee can handle it (I'm currently in PT to work on runner's knee). I'd like to lose a good amount of my remaining extra 35lbs, as I know the weight loss will make it easier for my joints to bear the load of running.
Also, my parents and I are taking a week-long trip to Kentucky and Tennessee in mid-July. It will be HOT. I live in Michigan and have a hard time dealing with the heat in July up HERE, so I'd like to lose a few more pounds before traveling.4 -

Me too! I'm having trouble getting past that because my brain keeps telling this is good enough (despite the fact im still overweight), it's as though it's too big a milestone to achieve, even though its really close I'm holding myself back. Renewing my dedication this morning, it Will happen!2 -

Today I made my first mini-goal of getting BMI below 30 and into the overweight BMI category!!! 148.5 lb and BMI of 29.99! (not going to round up )
Setting my next mini goal of getting to 143.5; the halfway point to my goal weight. Five pounds away!!!!5 -
I'm just two pounds away from...finally getting out of the 170s, being my lowest that I've been in over 5 years, and hitting my 25% done to goal weight milestone.5

My most recent goal was to be 170 by the end of May. Then my MIL visited and 2 kids birthdays derailed that, so I went on a 1 week diet break. Currently hoping that I make it below 175 by the end of this month. At least to 173, which is my weight that I met my husband with in 2009. Right now I am at 177, think positive thoughts for me guys!!!6

I was eating too many healthy foods and gained 4 lbs. Weighing 162 this morning, want to be back to 159, that sounds much better.1

I have my eye on my blue belt in BJJ that is my mini goal and eating for lasting energy... to get there4

To get and stay below 211 (so 210.something or lower) for my last 2 weigh-ins this month (officially on Mondays). I was at 210.6 yesterday and 211.4 today... And to be lower on the last weigh-in than the next one.
I had higher goals for the month of May that clearly aren't going to happen, but I'm hoping these mini-goals will help me stay focused on the weekends...1 -

So I bought some medium sized shirts and they’re tight, so my goal is to have them not be skin tight by the end of summer.7

I did it!!! Super pumped! It feels sooo good and motivated to keep it going!

My current mini-goal is to fit comfortably in a large tshirt. The xl are a little baggy but the large is still snug looking4
