            21 day fix. On day 06/21. I’ve done this before but it’s been a while. Getting back in the habit is what I’m most proud of. Need to work on my nutrition.7

            Great work everyone! I’m doing LIIFT 4 right now, starting week 3 tomorrow, and am doing yoga on the “off” days. Most recently I finished 80 Day Obsession and am thinking about doing T20 next.3
